地理位置很好服務周到
這次總共住了五天四夜，飯店價格很合理，當然房間有一些細節的地方比較老舊，但是以這個價格來說OK了，床鋪乾淨舒適，泳池水溫很好，前台服務非常優秀，天天幫我們叫blue bird的計程車（到庫塔海灘商圈只要3萬印尼盾）早餐樣式也算多的，最重要離購物中心和賣場很接近，有一個門直接通道停車場走路就到，相當方便。我們天天都到賣場買水果和飲料。附近還有一個按摩館Bali Orchid Spa也是走路可以到，很不錯。就是巴里島的交通實在不知道怎麼過馬路⋯當行人真的太危險了

中間有漂亮的游泳池，旁邊就是商場，不過價格比較貴，周邊道路頗複雜的，其實要在這邊行走很困難，坐車也容易塞車，不過環境算是乾淨

隔壁就是shopping mall，很方便
酒店工作人員都很好，浴室有乾濕分離，不會弄得到處濕答答。唯一缺點就是房間的吹風機風力超弱，頭髮都要吹超久，浪費時間。

只是為了一晚床位的話⋯能接受
清潔度真的不夠，洗手枱黃斑、浴室地板、熱水壺都是沒刷洗過的樣子，蚊子一晚打了四隻⋯，員工很友善、離購物中心很近是唯二優點。

Great pool, but wifi is not good.
Great pool. We enjoyed the pool a lot and tried to swim every day. If you need wifi to plan your trip, then you need to know Wifi is not good and fast. It's inconvenient to connect wifi via webpage every morning and evening. Wife could barely been used in the room. Breakfast is normal, not surprising. Staff was all nice and helpful with booking our one-day tour. It cost about 21000 Rubi to Discovery mall and close to airport. If they can improve the internet speed, we will stay there again.

柜台服务太差，不适合旅行入住
这边环境太差了， 柜台服务更差， 让帮忙打电话给本地的巴厘岛司机， 说到房间自己打， 然后自己打了电话， 等退房的时候收取了我4万4千多的印尼盾，总共打了8分钟不到，我住别的酒店， 本地市话都是免费的， 这个是第一次收钱的，让我很意外。。。酒店不靠近海边周边的商场一个是免税店一个是小商场， 晚上想出来走走都没有地方， 周围没有酒吧没有SPA也没有餐馆， 所以很糟糕的一次住宿。。。

以這家酒店的價格來說, 要求過高品質是不合理的, 房間空間不算大, 浴室僅是剛好夠用而不至於狹小, 整個來說酒店是簡單但不會簡陋, 談不上賞心悅目也沒有浪曼氣息但不會有令人不舒服的感覺. 早餐普通但夠得上酒店的定價. 不過電梯的按鈕不是很靈光, 有時按了沒有效果, 是個較明顯的缺點. 整體來說, 我所花的錢是值得的. 如果未來我還是想以較低的預算找住宿, 這家酒店肯定會列入考慮名單中.

Modern design of the room, bed is comfortable
Positive: The hotel's facilities is new. Very colorful inside of the hotel. The enviroment is good and quiet. Staff very helpful.Near shopping mall. Negative: If you want to go to Kuta central, it must need to by taxi. Not very far,but need to spend extra money to go there.Surrounding area has no motor bike can rent.

Regarding the shower door can not be locked, this concern will be fully consider. Other than that, we do apologize regarding the aircon was not working at Gym. However, after we checked that our standard is that the aircon is in off position. However, if there is a guest would like to have gym so they can turn it on directly. We provide the remote control for guest who would like to adjust the temperature or might be turn it on/off during Gym.
