Great Location and luxurious
Great location. Staff are courteous and greet you at the entrance. Very effective at check-in reception. Hotel room is clean and bright; appears as of a new build. Did have some hiccup at time of booking but their reservation team was really helpful and efficient ;even called us at UK to explain the details. Would definitely book again in future!

舒適乾淨溫馨的飯店！
連住三晚，飯店員工態度親切，專業的服務讓人感到開心！因為工作關係，沒有使用飯店早餐，而房間內是舒服乾淨的，床跟枕頭都非常舒適，這也是每次住飯店必考慮的要點之一，飯店的地點也是無懈可擊，逛街地點的首選，附近也很多好吃的小店或是米其林餐廳，雖說距離捷運站長一點，但也不算遠！

最棒的體驗
服務非常好的酒店，classic的風格，但不會有舊的感覺，人員的素質很棒，前台親切，房務貼心，總是幫客人早一步服務。有一天晚上10點小朋友打破玻璃杯，房務非常仔細的把地毯吸乾淨，還趴在地上用手檢查，還安慰小朋友，非常的貼心。往來香港這麼多年來，住過最棒的體驗！

Great hotel. This is my third stay. The location is great. It is in the center of the Harbor City business district. It is very convenient for shopping, eating and sightseeing. The staff are very warm and considerate. I am very satisfied with the room this time. I will come back next time!

大堂经理能否有应变能力，显示酒店的服务档次，第一晚因为到酒店很晚，定的双床变大床，且没有其他房间，因为带了12岁小朋友大床不方便，找到大堂经理，大堂经理的态度就是要么大床拆成两个床，没有双床了，后来的解决方案说有房间了，给了一间脏乱，设施破旧且旁边有机器轰鸣声的房间，真是一夜失眠，这里要感谢订票平台，马上反馈了客户需求，第二天另外的客户经理处理方式和说话态度让人舒服很多，虽然房间预定全满，当天一定安排好房间，保持沟通！整个沟通顺畅且愉快！大堂经理的能力是酒店能否有良好服务的基石！

今次係第二次入住 The Langham Hotel HK。首先，前台的女服務員很好、態度和藹，辦理入住手續快，抵讚！入房後，看到Hotel Manager-Agnes為我們準備好的禮物，十分開心，而且女兒很喜歡，謝謝你們！ 另外，房間的清潔度很好，用品的質素很高和好用；房內有提供air purifier,令你感到住得放心，看得到房務員有用心清潔，very good! 今次沒有去餐廳用膳，因為女兒很喜歡房間，想多點時間留在房間，所以只好簡單點買些外賣返酒店。不過，稍後時間都有order room service (鐘仔房😂），整體食物都唔錯。少少建議，雲吞細蓉十分美味，但有少少美中不足。雲吞皮很薄本來係好事，但應該同麵分開上，讓雲吞內的汁液不會流失，咁就perfect! 送餐的服務員也很有禮貌！ 最後，退房時的服務員也很有禮貌，Agnes也百忙中抽空見面，足見酒店對客人很有誠意，一定會再次入住Langham, 謝謝你們的服務！ P.S. 忘記有關服務員的名字，望酒店管理層代為獻上感謝！
