整體的清潔度非常好,服務優質,每天早上櫃台都提供出乾淨海浴巾的免費借用,早餐每天會有更換主菜,位於市中心,購物用餐皆非常方便!

浮潛:我最喜歡藍色珊瑚礁(風平浪靜),很開心在烏龍水道遇見海龜(體型不大,但都滿足),大斷層在外海比較大浪,軟珊瑚好靚,遇著落雨,我相信有太陽更靚,可惜水母湖未開放,期待水母湖重開放,我會再嚟,一定再入住帛琉酒店! 我們參加亞勇辨的浮潛三天團,多謝亞勇機場接送,碼頭接送,每天到無人島煮美味海鮮(紅樹林蟹,龍蝦)午餐,提供水和美味的芒果汁,多謝亞勇! 亞勇比較含蓄,期待他分享海洋體驗和幾十年在帛琉的生活經驗! 感謝天父賜我開心愉快旅程!

很简陋的酒店，但还算干净。最大的优点是在市中心，离饭店和超市很近。房间很小，卫生间也很小。没有电梯，住四楼很不方便，特别是入住的时候把沉重的行李箱搬到四楼真是个体力活，下次不会再住。

酒店在市中心，吃飯的地方選擇很多；酒店附近購物亦很方便，酒店房間簡單乾淨，但我們住在四樓，沒有電梯，有大件行李的話，比較不方便；早餐選擇不多，wifi只是大堂有，而且很慢；酒店附近沒有海灘，步行半小時到長島公園，有沙灘和可浮潛。

Nice staff, convenient location with restaurants and a supermarket near by. Room is simple and clean. LOTS of stairs, no elevator. WiFi in room is VERY UNRELIABLE, even if they reboot the multiple routers. I couldn't connect for hours during my stay or the connection lasted only a few minutes at a time. I was told I could hang out in the lobby for better WiFi, but the point of booking a room is to be in the room!! An extremely frustrating situation. I won't book here again specifically because of lack of consistent internet.

Great location, in the midst of town. I could walk to the museums, restaurants and stores. The desk staff and maintenance were lovely and responsive, especially since my air conditioner was on the fritz, they had to restart it, twice. They would have moved me to another room if I weren’t leaving the next day. (My choice) The room was immaculate when I checked in. The housekeeping staff wasn't very good. Left dirty mugs, missed a day, didn’t notice that the toilet roll holder had the cover broken off. Bed was comfy, the floor and bathroom were clean.

The staff is AMAZING, and the property is great for the price! The only thing that's lacking is Wi-Fi (there is connection, but very slow and almost unusable). Would absolutely recommend!

the convenient town location offers all kinds of businesses within walking distance. Staff is attentive and responsive, will communicate with you via email or in person. They do not offer transportation to/ from airport but can arrange if for you . Going rate is $30 per ride as of November 2023. We were able to get one on our own TO the airport for $25. Just ask any taxi driver in town.

A snug room
Though the room is somewhat small, it's very tidy and clean. Why should we need a spacious room when we go out for sightseeing all day long? We think the hotel is great compared with its price, and the breakfast is delicious.

Great little gem in the center of Koror
Clean. The reception staff were exceptional. They helped us so much. They hot us set up wuth a left side drive rental car, and the last night found us a pizza at almost 10pm. They have a room for luggage storage if needed. They will set up a taxi for $30 to or from the airport (taxis charge $25/person). Nice free breakfast-not quite American style, more like an Asian-American mix. I would atay there again. Walking distance to most of downtown Koror.

The facility is way better than it used to be. Good hot shower, comfortable bed, good amenities and wifi. Plus it’s reasonable, and all the staff are nice, caring and friendly. I’d recommend this place for a solo diver.

The staff were very welcoming, polite and accommodating. Room was reasonable and comfortable. Location is very convenient and close to some cafes and shops. Small thing to improve: provide soap in bathroom (not just hand sanitizer). Shower temperature quite cold even on hottest setting but might not be under their control

Staff was rude and overbearing, room was dirty was not swept the entire week. Looked under the bed and had not been cleaned in a long time. housekeeping was difficult to get and then only made the bed. Staff was intrusive and rude they keep wanting our key. Inspected the room before we could leave, and tried not to give a receipt at checkout. Breakfast was left overs from the tour dinner the day before ie. pork stew boiled cabbage etc. It was a disappointing experience on a beautiful Island.

Sorry to make you have a bad experience.We will ask our housekeeping clean our rooms more carefully.Most orders from EXPEDIA are not paid directly to us, so the counter staff may have missed your reservation. But as long as you ask for a receipt, we will give it.But the part that is not factual we will give clarification.Before the guests go out in the morning, the counter will ask if the room needs to be cleaned. We will not enter a guest's room without the guest's consent.When you agree to clean, do it in its entirety, not just in parts.There have been cases in the past where guests have lost their keys and this key cannot be crafted in Palau. That's why we asked to leave the keys at the counter before going out. But we don't make it mandatory to do so.We don't have pork stew boiled cabbage in our lunch & dinner menu. We also didn't offer lunch & dinner for OTA customer.If you can send email to tell us the detail of how is our staff was rude and overbearing. We will appreciate.

Home away from home, literally (I was in Palau for 16 days). Cozy place and relatively affordable if your visiting for business. I particularly love the guest care by the staff, they are really, really helpful; exceptional! Would definitely stay at Palau Hotel again.
