酒店房間比預其中有點小，但酒店員工親切，服務周到，近沙灘，早餐雖然款式不多，但都不錯，泳池不算大，泳池內沒有兒童遊樂設施，兒童會所簡潔，酒店房間清潔不夠全面，有點馬虎，還沒有補給房間物品，需改善，整體都不錯。

由一揸車進入這酒店已經沒有服務，要自己落行李,自己推行李入lobby ，1行10人4間客房check in時有2位同行朋友未到，不停吹我地攞passport ，比完佢，佢問我邊幾位一間房，分好曬之後，佢又自己搞亂曬，自己安排邊幾位一間房，之後又話唔齊人有間房唔比check in ，我地有間2bedroom 係官網訂既時候明明話包早餐，之後前台的anna員工又話我地唔包，比埋email佢睇get 15% discount & breakfast ，佢都仲要撐話包早餐唔係咁寫! Check in 完成後2 bedroom 房間全部是門面清潔房間角落d塵一舊舊，兩個廁所都係得半卷紙巾！pool view 那兩間房更加難堪，房間比你住日本酒店大小小，還要1500港幣一晚，露台被樹枝圍住了一半，感覺想劏房戶！如果四星來說他應該是四星尾，一心諗住住大品牌有保證，下次都是免了，大部分都是大陸客！大家諗清楚！

Absolutely amazing
Love everything about this resort! Cool room even at the corner of the garden. Two beautiful pools and the beach. Great variety of breakfast. Heart-felt services at reception. Will come back again for sure!

All staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean and very good condition. The hotel is closed to the beach. And the restaurant's food taste is very good. This hotel is worth to stay again.

非常值得推薦的酒店
酒店位置很方便，離機場不遠，步行外出附近已經有便利店/餐廳/酒吧等等，但又不會嘈雜。酒店員工都很熱情和有禮貌，泳池乾淨舒適，而且對出已經有沙灘。 房間舒適乾淨寬敞，景觀亦很優美，確是旅遊/休息非常舒適的選擇。

Close to the airport, many shops aroubd there. Friendly staff and good food, good swimming pool. But the hotel beverage vouchure from Hotels.com couldnot be used in the hotel.

整體來說,Amari 絕對不是查汶海灘區最豪華的酒店,可是考量到它的價位,若是你考慮性價比高的酒店,它絕對是你的最佳選擇 主要優點有 1. 地點,我個人偏好與查汶大街要有點距離,這樣會安靜些,反正整個查汶大街租輛車要去哪都不遠 2. 服務, 一些額外的要求服務人員也都盡可能滿足我們的需求並且快速回應 3. 價錢, 這樣的價位有這樣的設備我覺得很超值 還是有缺點 1. 硬體設備稍嫌老舊,但絕對夠用 2. 可能是我們運氣不好,下榻的房間有蚊子和小蟲, 反映之後服務人員很快就處理了 3. 餐點真的不怎麼樣

性价比非常高的度假村
酒店很大，分在大路两侧。因为大，所以不吵，而且花园漂亮，早餐也丰富。看来住店还是得找大店才行！服务很不错，蜜月旅行酒店给准备了花瓣，还给专门做了巧克力蛋糕摆在房间，还提供了同价位最好的位置，只是提前一天订的都能做到这样，真是非常非常感激了！离查汶的繁华地带走路只要不到10分钟的距离，很不错的酒店。最关键的是，阳台上有纱门！在苏梅岛不断被蚊子和蚂蚁所困扰，这是唯一一家装了纱门的。

离机场和查汶大街都很近，走路10分钟可到大街繁华处。早餐不错，种类很多。酒店规模较大，被公路分为两个区，过马路时有专门工作人员拦截车辆。临近酒店的海比较浅，不适合游泳，只能在游泳池里游泳。环境干净、优美，加了一点钱升级到了独栋的VILLA，楼下一个大床，阁楼有两个单人床。孩子很高兴。

The room was outdated and very far from the entrance. Some bathroom fitting didn't work and the Basin needed to be unplugged. This should have been done before we were given the room. The third bed was short and not suitable for teenager or young adult.

J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Ma chambre était spacieuse et très bien agencée. J'avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur le jardin, de fait je n'étais pas dans le bâtiment principal. Je devais traverser la rue pour me rendre à mon bâtiment. Sur ce 2ème site, il y a en plus d'une autre piscine, le club pour enfants. Toutes les personnes avec lesquelles j'ai interagi étaient toutes souriantes. Mention particulière à Beer. Il est juste exceptionnel, d'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance sans limite. À moins de 10 minutes de marche, il y a une rue tres animée avec pleins de restaurants. Il y a également des magasins Tops juste en fa e de l'hôtel.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à l’hotel et nous avons été ravis. Le personnel était très serviable, sympathique et réactif. Les 2 piscines sont très jolies. La chambre est très bien. Le seul petit bémol est qu’elle manque clairement de rangement, mais sinon tout est parfait. Je recommande vivement.
