Basically false advertising in terms of amenities. The restaurant and bar is closed, breakfast is NOT a buffet and only decent on the weekends, no shuttle (because there's no staff to request one), WiFi is incredibly intermittent if at all and 24/7 front desk is not even close to true. Covid is not an excuse. If it has altered your business, then alter your advertising, as it plays a large factor in where one chooses to stay. Arrived at hotel and sat in lobby for 3 HOURS until staff arrived to check in. Over $200 was spent on cab fare alone, as one way to town (4 miles) is $25-30! Expedia was a joke when addressing the issue as well. Extremely disappointed and will never stay there again. Makes me question Quality Inn as a whole.
