The room had a Murphy bed. This was NOT disclosed when I booked it and they were unable to move me to another room. The mattress was very poor quality and the bed seemed unstable and made horrible squeaking sounds as we moved throughout the night. Unable to sleep at all.

We were in town for a convention and it was so nice to be able to valet park at the hotel and just walk to the convention center. Also I love that the TV said my name when I check in.

Air conditioning went out in my room twice. 2nd time had to get a fan sent to us at 130am. Not enough food options offered. Breakfast was not even available to purchase at 630am for our girls to eat before playing ball all day! I will not stay here as a guest again! They are more of a Art Gallery than there are as a Hotel

No parking but valet which costs $35 a night. And no options to self-park in at least 2 block radius - this is what I was told in the hotel. Location is convenient due to the proximity to the highway but if you're looking for a place to sleep for a night while driving through Knoxville, this Marriott is not worth it.

Graduation Stay
The customer service was excellent. I was warmly greeted and check in was smooth. I was checking out and had a coughing fit and I asked for a water and then asked how much I owed and they said not to worry about it. But i was graduating college today so mayne that had something to do with it. Either way they wete super fantastic! M6 only issues were with the room. The usb and plugs next to the bed didnt work and the bed itself, while stylish, was surrounded with a wooden edge all the way around and i banged my shin really hard on the frame trying to get to my alarm clock. It left quite a whelp. The bed was comfortable once in it though.

Mandatory valet! No parking for guests except a $30 mandatory valet per day. No breakfast available except for high Price breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Our room was changed from a single king bed to double beds without any notice. When we got to the room and notified them, they said that they had the right to change the room without any notice. We were given a street view room instead of the interior room that we requested. We were kept awake all night with sirens of all types.

Just checked into my room; however, upon checking in, we noticed that the floors, bed sheets, and headboard were dirty. We had to remove the sheets ourselves and request for the room to be cleaned. I will never stay in this hotel again. If you decide to stay here, make sure to check the cleanliness of the room and the sheets. The beds are awful, and the sheets, goodness, imagine being wrapped up in aluminum foil all night—that's the sound of the sheets. Goodness. Do yourself a favor, and stay at the Tennessean next-door. Elizabeth and Sarah were to worry about their night audits then servicing their customer. Plates in the hallways near the elevator for server days and towels. This is definitely not 4 starts more like 1.1

My fiancé and I had booked a room with a king bed and large shower. We showed up an hour early for check in, and rather than telling us that our specific room wasn’t ready for us, they issued us a room with two kings and a regular shower. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it’s not what we booked. The hotel is very clean and overall the staff is friendly, we just didn’t get what we booked and when we went to fix it, that’s when we got the explanation. No offer to have us wait for our proper room, just short and to the point. They also have signs for valet saying that overnight parking is $30 and we were charged $40
