We spoke with you and quickly corrected the error. Also, our housekeepers have been made aware that your room was not thoroughly cleaned, and they have pledged to do a better job next time. Hello guest, I am sorry that your stay was not up to par. Our maintenance man is on a little break, so we haven't gotten around to the walls and floors just yet. The manager will start breakfast back up in August, so we apologize for the false advertising during the process.

Hello Guest, sorry your stay wasn't up to par. We are in the process of switching out old furniture and products of that nature. Our maintenance man was on vacation during your stay which was the reason why you had the other problems mentioned in your post. When everything gets back to normal the rooms will be upgraded.
