Fornt desk was unprofessional didnt check me in correctly they had me listed for another room, tried to guve the room to someone else while we where still there the people almost walked in but didnt because they heard my daughter in the room. Came knocekd on the door while i was i. The shower my fiancee came an told me that they wanted me to come to the door interrupting my shower. Then they came Knocked on my door again talking bout what time did i check in? All in out there real unprofessional an room wasnt that clean

We spoke with you and quickly corrected the error. Also, our housekeepers have been made aware that your room was not thoroughly cleaned, and they have pledged to do a better job next time. Once again, we apologized.

The bathtub had hair in it . It had roaches in the room I couldn’t even eat my food there I put food in the microwave and roaches got into it the refrigerator was not working and didn’t have toilet paper in the room I got my own out of the car won’t ever stay there again

Needs to be condemned. No working fire detector. Shower rod loose from wall. Faucet in tub came loose from wall too. Filthy walls. Filthy carpet. Refrigerator had to be cleaned. No towels even after asking.

I didnt even stay I turned the key in by 10 30pm. The bathroom was dirty, towels were dirty, food was left in the mini fridge. Sheets felt like there was crumbs on them. When I turned the key in and told them about my experience and why I wasnt staying, the only reply I received was no refund and he turned and walked away from me.

Sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with us. The housekeepers didn't do their job well, and we had other rooms that were much better. The desk clerk indicated there would be no refunds, and there was nothing more he could do but give you another room at that moment. Again, we are sorry.

Arrive, sleep, and leave. It is a roadside bed and thats about it. It is obviously old and well used, but it keeps you from sleeping in your car and the shower gets you clean. Ignore the advertised breakfast, it doesnt exist. And ignore the neighbors, i recommend headphones to help with that. The cops and EMS are very respectful in this area, and do turn off their sirens when they pull in to tend to your neighbors (which was a nice touch). For the price you pay, it is better than the next closest place and the walls are a little thicker. If i need to again, I will stay here, but i hope its not for a while.

Building and facilities were terrible, remodel badly needed. Room had holes in the wall, light bulbs out, bugs, paper thin walls. Front fest non responsive to my complaints. Parties outside out room every night, only 1 set of towels, front desk unattended most of the time.

What really blew my mind about this place was that we checked in for 1 night with intentions to go somewhere else the next day so we checked out. We ended up going back later that day and checking into the SAME room. Where we noticed that the sheets had not been changed, and the towels that we used were folded back up for the next guest. There was trash under the bed, not even from us. The house keepers were rude. And also don’t recommend going here if you’re white... southern hospitality is not a thing in kinston.

This hotel is just a short stay hotel and not one that you would use for a week. There was a spot on the pull out couch, drawers missing from the small dresser, the hot water didnt stay hot, and there was quite a large spider in our room. The staff was great but on the last day we were kinda rushed out our room. The bed was comfortable, however. Last but not least, our door was hard to close and needed to be lifted to be locked. I dont know if we will ever be back.

Our maintenance man was on vacation during your stay which was the reason why you had the other problems mentioned in your post. When everything gets back to normal the rooms will be upgraded.
