They were over booked so we did not have a room available, even though I confirmed my reservation. We had to get back into our car with our luggage and go to “a sister hotel”. Again take our luggage out and check in. And then walk around the entire building to get our room. I paid for 2 double beds and had to take 1 king. Frustrating!!

The only thing i didn't like was the housekeeping service,i spend 3 days there housekeeping only come once they didn't even clean my room and left my door open, otherwise everything was perfect

An overpriced room (over $ 300) for a room with windows looking at a stairwell and noises of people dragging suitcases right outside the door. I will never stay here again. The staff had a very nonchalant attitude.

Estimada Yisellys, el monto al que se refiere es el hold que se hace al check in para extras que pueda tener. El hotel le cobro el Resort fee y el resto del hold se libero el dia de su check out. El tiempo que puede tardar en verse reflejado es de 5 a 10 dias habiles dependiendo de su banco.

Great staff, great rooms, loved the convenient texting option with guest services. Good parking too. The only downside is the intersection where the note is. Very hard to get in/out of but not so much that I wouldn’t stay here again. Overall, great value.

You have to pay for everything in addition to paying for the room, parking, breakfast. You only have 18 dollars for the whole family; the rest you pay. Nobody told me that I needed bus tickets. Any cheap hotel around Disney has provided me with better service than here and we travel quite a bit.

We enjoyed our stay, I was signed up for a specific room, which might have been my fault, and when I came in a 2nd time to ask if our room was ready at check in time, the staff member asked me if I had to have this specific room, which I did not. I think we would have gotten into our room earlier if the original lady that checked me in would have asked that same question. She said it would be about an hour, but it was 2 hours after 4pm, which I had to go in and ask about the room.

Pictures are so misleading, there is no good view from this hotel, it’s in the main road with lots of traffic. Rooms are way smaller in size once inside. And overall it’s not the Hilton I am use to it gives me motel 6

the hotel rooms were way overpriced for what they were. The room was not updated and tile floor very dirty. The least you could offer is a free breakfast for this price. I realize this is Key West, but at the very least this was a $120 a night room.

It's a bit far from downtown, where all the actions are at, but luckily the hotel offers shuttle bus service that operates by the hour, really makes getting around easier. Very quite, and very close to the airport.

Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Carlos in the lobby was a huge help with pointing out good restaurants, museums and cruises. Room was adequate but bathroom shower handle was tricky to set on hot water. Hotel is near busy street so beware of road noise. Also know that a rooster does start crowing very early in the morning, so get earplugs! There is a free shuttle to the center of town that does fill quickly. Overall a good experience here.

Nothing stands out from this property that justifies the price charged. Average room at high prices. Also they charge up charges not listed when making reservations. It was clean and has a shuttle to old town.

It looks like a highway motel, not what I'm used to finding in a Hilton, no amenities and endless hidden fees, the instructions at check-in are not explicit, schedules, services, etc.
