We are so sorry to hear you had issues during your stay. I have reviewed your reservation and do not see that you mentioned any of these issues to us during your two night stay. We just finished our remodel and have all updated furnishings. I'm so sincerely sorry you felt so strongly about your stay with us. I have checked your reservation from weeks ago and did not find any complaints or issues with your stay that we were made aware of. We are fortunate to have staff that have all been with us for many years. We have pool, hot tub, bikes for free use, games in the back courtyard, etc. We do not have anything locked up. Our property is exterior access. So we cannot lock things up. We are the best rate in town for location with offerings. Tamarack Lodge just finished a full remodel of rooms and made many improvements to the property as well. Please, contact us directly if there is something more specific that we can assist you with. We work hard to ensure great experiences for all of our guests!

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We do have roll down and roll up blinds in the first floor rooms for privacy and sheer drapes behind our blackout drapes.
