加德滿都的避難所
加德滿都君悅酒店是我在加德滿都的避難所，進入酒店，仿佛另一個世界。住宿環境愉快，房間空間夠大，整潔，偶爾會出現停電的現象，不過不用緊張，這個是整個加德滿都的普遍現象。酒店的各種設施都很齊備，雖然沒有時間去使用，但相信會是不錯的體驗。早餐15usd一個人（不含稅），食物豐富可口，但西式的選擇不多，比如火腿。酒店的WIFI令人非常惱火，免費的WIFI非常非常的慢，高速的WIFI竟然要收費，這一點我實在無法理解，一個五星級的酒店，爲什麽告訴WIFI竟然是收費的。最後，最令人驚喜的是，酒店的意大利餐廳非常讚，食物非常地道，讓我流連忘返。總體來説，在Hyatt的住宿經驗愉快，以後來加德滿都，還會選擇住在這裡。

As a hotel located on nearly 37 acres of landscaped gardens we do feel privileged to offer our guests the serenity that is wanted in the current chaotic Kathmandu. Our architecture has tried to reflect many facets of Nepalese culture and the “Chaitya Court” in the center of our lobby is an example. We do acknowledge the hotel is already 17 years and we are in the process of refurbishment planning and we do hope it will start soon. Power cuts in Kathmandu are frequent and sometimes not planned thus our power back-up system usually takes between 8 to 12 seconds to come on. We do apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We greatly value your patronage and look forward to welcoming you back to Hyatt Regency Kathmandu soon. 整體不錯.就是保安有點不同情達理,我們買了很多佛像,店家送貨到酒店,卻被保安攔住不能進,理由是摩托車要停在指定的位子,我直接發脾氣說,難道我住這裡,我買了很重10幾KG的東西,卻不能讓人送貨到我房間嗎??吵了一輪才讓送貨的到酒店大門包裝,酒店再派人送上房間,足足浪費了我30分鐘時間,而且當天還是要趕飛機的時候 不過這家酒店已經算是附近最安全最舒服的,下次去也只能在住這裡了

Nice to be among historical sites, yet quiet
Nice live native music every night in lobby from very early (6pm.) till late. Convenient free shuttle to town. Nice and exclusive to be a little away from dusty, crowded and crazy traffic. Close to major historic sites. Walls too thin, can even hear the newspaper delivery every morning at around 6am. Sauna too crowded (men's, women's: not tried). Outdoor whirlpool: a walk outdoor from changing room, can be cold in winter). Compared to other Hyatt: would be nice if tooth brushes/paste are provided without asking.

For the price I pay, I expect a better quality & service from Hyatt Regency. Good point is room is spacious. Breakfast is average. Check-in process is slow.

Great team. Better hotels available.
Great team and especially the manager but overall the condition of the place has deteriorated. Better 5 star hotels. Even the newer Hyatt place. Don't get a room near the function space unless you like listening to Indian weddings all day and night. Overall it was fine. Just not my first choice.

Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast. It was some mess by checking in, we got wrong room, so it took time before we got correct room. As well it was some misunderstanding by booking massage at spa. Spa was old fashioned, but massage was quite good.

Great look of the hotel ,but so many things are not working in tje room.Many necessary ameneties are not there.Most of the staff are great except very few. Food buffet spread is great ,taste wise its hit or miss.

This property is HUGE! The lobby is filled with temples and is practically a museum in itself! They also have a museum of historical photography on the extensive grounds, which includes a nicely landscaped walking track. We were there during Dipawali and the marigold garland decorations, as well as the large sand mandala on the lobby floor was beautiful As a Hyatt member, extensive tea/coffee and happy hour drinks and warm appetizers are available. The large pool is very nice, and the spa and workout facilities were a nice plus.

Overall a very pleasant stay. A very good location. All amenities needed are available. Wifi was weak so they gave special router for the room. Restaurant has tons of good quality food.
