「在日光，以這價錢入住，有早餐及晚餐，是很超值的，是自駕遊的一個超值之選，入口有點難找，原來是和幾間民宿的入口相同，不留意駕車是會留意不到入口，最欣賞是民宿主人很用心準備晚餐及早餐給顧客，這個值得加分，雖然房間是有點懷舊，但很清潔，房間很大，有2間廁所，床也睡得舒服，有露天風呂浸温泉，絕對值得入住呢」

「日本語が通じなかったり シャワーが水しかでない 食事、Wi-Fi環境全てにおいて最低でした せっかくの家族旅行 お金を払ってる立場として 経営者の方に改善してほしいです 働いている外国人の方は頑張っていましたが」

「The hosts are very friendly and this hostel is a cute vintage building which is near the Nikko Station. Super clean and comfortable! This is my first experience about Japanese style room(sleep on tatami) and it was so cozy and lovely, totally over my expectation:))) 」

「非常推薦的一間民宿，雖然距離日光車站有點遠，不過老闆會接送（提前預約），租車開過去也只要五分鐘左右，民宿非常的有日本味，整體非常乾淨整齊，隔音雖然沒有特別好，不過我們入住的這天其他住客都還滿安靜的，所以倒也不太吵（只有在走廊上會聽見別的房間的打呼聲），老闆人非常非常親切，而且英文滿好的，一到旅館就為我們介紹周邊環境還有推薦景點，是個下次還會想去住的好地方。」

「Location is great very close to the ski resort. But lodge is not as good as the ski resort.children were running around all the time even during the late night. Food was not so fresh, staff wasn’t very kind to answer our questions. The ski resort is awesome, however I won’t chose this lodges anymore.」

「非常好的住宿體驗，空間很大，日常用品齊全。可以露台煮食。很適合一家大細住。唯一地理位置有點偏。但距離日光站都只是10幾分鐘路程。」

「Rakuten villa nikko is like my dreamhouse. Everything you can possibly need are provided. The villa itself makes for a perfect vacation villa with breakfast on the lanai, beautiful TV and sofa area, wonderful setting, sauna and onsen bath. The relaxation area outside the bath smells like you are in the forest! My only complaint would be the checkin email which was never sent. As we need it to get inside the villa. If it was sent automatically, everything would be perfect.」

「The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room.」
