感謝酒店為我們安排的蜜月佈置。酒店十分整潔，環境優美，工作人員態度友善，食物十分美味。我們的假期十分愉快。食物的份量十分多，如可減少份量會更環保；感謝酒店幫我們打包剩餘的食物回酒店房繼續享用。酒店的滅蟲工作已經很不錯，但一時忘了關上大門兩隻蚊飛到屋內，如果酒店房內有捕蚊器的設施更好。

I really have nothing to complain, everything in this hotel is excellent. I wanna stay in the room once I entered the room because I was attracted by the lovely seaview with the excellent facilities in the room.

結婚周年紀念
於網上查閱很多酒店，最終選了The Shore慶祝結婚周年紀念，此酒店真的令你難忘，房間很大，最無敵是它的景觀，尤如入了天堂，所有工作人員都很好，酒店還附送afternoon tea set，選擇入住此酒店絕對正確。

Excellent resort to recharge
We stayed for three nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Everything about this resort was perfect from attentive service staff to the clean rooms and wonderful resort experience. Though the resort location is a bit far from the town and you would cost much of taxi charges, in overall, we will definitely be back!

非常失望的住宿體驗
1. Villa位置都在斜坡上, 每次好像坐過山車似的Buggy才可以出入。 2. 五星級酒店但沒有開房服務 3. 房間就是小木屋，很大的木味 4. 早餐普通得選不下手，送到房間已經不熱了 總括而言，這個價錢酒店裝修平實、沒有服務可言、好像住Motel一樣的經歷，真的太貴了！

服務對於這種等級的酒店來說有點差，服務不貼心，很多事都要打電話叫人來做，除了接待處，其他員工都沒什麼笑容。

I ordered The Shore at Katathani in 2015 Oct, but The Hotels.com just give me a misunderstand phone call said will give me a upgrade room and didn't give me an email confirm told me the reason was The Shore at Katathani room overbooking so my order change to Bandara Villas when I arrived The Shore Villas, it impact my honeymoon schedule >< I suggest that if next time any change, please use the email confirm, thank you. I really thanks for The Shore at Katathani give us a free taxi service go to Bandara Villas and nice service for my honeymoon, if could I will hope to live The Shore at Katathani for my vacation next time.

总体还是不错，价格偏贵，后面订房，没有房间了，结果换了一家度假酒店，性价比，比这家高，也带私人泳池，面朝大海。价格还没有这里昂贵。

I stayed at three differet hotels (locations) this time, and spent the last day at The Shore and i wished I've stayed there throughout the whole trip!! The room look exactly like the picture but with breathtaking view. The room and in suite pool was very clean. since the room is on the hills, they send buggy to your room any time you need to go out, and they will offer the ride with a smile anytime they see you walking or leaving their restaurant. Some 5-star hotel will make you feel like you need to spend more money to feel like you are actually at the 5-star, but not this place. after you book the room, they pamper you like everyone is a special guest. They offer free afternoon snack and drinks at their restaurant, and sent another afteroon tea to our room and fresh towel at the afternoon. The staff are all very friendly and professional, the restaurant food is not over-priced and the view is breathtaking. There are two other hotels of their chain and you can use all their pools and facility if staying at The Shore. I would definetly come back again and totally recommend to anyone want to visit Phuket.

A great resort with great se view
The hotel located on kata beach which is away from cwowded area. There's 24 hours golf car service available. The view of the restaurant is great but not for the room we stayed. However, the experience of staying at Shore is great.

1.飯店多處仍在整修,所以走道&電梯較不整潔; 2.飯店外一側有工地施工較吵; 3房間三平頭國際插頭不能使用,不太合理; 4.浴室淋浴處局部無門設計,不太合理;5.飯店員工溝通不佳,因為要求late check out PM12:30,聯繫的服務人員說確認OK,但12:10時另一位員工打電話催促check out.

非常棒的villa~
這裡的環境十分好，服務很週到，沙灘很美！ 唯一覺得有待改善的地方是，不是每間房也可全看海景！跟照片差很遠，因剛好碰到朋友。看看他們的房間，只有10%看到海，其他是看叢林，他們也說有點失望！所以有興趣的朋友訂的時候，一定要跟酒店說明一定要看海的！不然很不值啊！

各方面都很好
视野太好了，看出去是海边，凉台和泳池是连在一起的。早饭很好，服务很好。出去离kata beach最近，karon beach其次，patong beach最远，从jungceylon坐tuktuk或taxi到酒店需要500THB

nearly perfect
Staff esp. reception staff was helpful and nice. The room was very comfortable. I like the design of the pool bar and our villa was just near the beautiful beach. The only two things I was concerned were the long waiting time for check-in (about 45min) and fair in-room breakfast quality though it's really nice to do it in our room with stunning sea view.

梦幻般的住宿体验
我们住的是海景房，露天泳池不错，可以直望卡塔海滩。酒店环境非常帮，服务人员态度友好。我们出门的时候窗户什么的都是大敞四开的，但是回来的时候总是发现已经被贴心的关上，并且散落的毛巾都被收拾干净。每天晚上回来的时候会有甜品放在茶几上。每天下午3点到5点有免费的下午茶，但是种类不算太丰富。早餐也许是有了蓝珍珠酒店的对比，觉得稍差，在种类上不算丰富，也许和酒店承载的人少有关。总之，是一家非常不错的酒店，当然价格也稍贵，但是，还是推荐。

房间很舒适，设施也很全，躺在床上，满眼的海上风光。服务人员非常的热情，很友好，海水质量一般， 但是沙滩很舒服。只是周边不是很热闹，但住在这里图得就是个清静
