Check in was smooth, room was dirty found a sandal in my room, bedding had stains and burn holes in blankets and sheets, and rooms and hallways smelled horrible. When leaving to check out the next morning they guy behind the desk was passed out and when woken up he started to fall asleep while standing up

I wouldn’t bring my family back..we had a several Bugs in our room,blankets had burn holes in them,bathroom was not clean at all and had a old smell

This property needs to be updated. The tub looked dirty. The vent in the ceiling hadn’t been cleaned in forever—it was very furry. Floor trim was broken. The smell wasn’t appealing. I will not return.

the carpet was so dirty that i could not even take my shoes off. the couch in my room was musty and dirty and had stains. the room had an awful smell, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned for a very long time.

This is an older building so things need to be upgraded. Room was clean but tired looking. What do people have against defrosting freezers in these little refrigerator?

It was very dirty. No trash can for garbage. The floor still had food on it from whomever was there before us.

Disappointed
Room was definately dated. No hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave. No carts for luggage - needed to make multiple trips. Mattresses are thinner, so mare pillows. Not what was expected.

Very nice rooms for a fair price...so nice was planning to stay one night....end up spending 4 great days of relax and make music from laptop..coming back for sure real soon

Pleasant staff, facilities need work.
While the staff was friendly, helpful and polite the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The room had flaws including carpet lifting up, chipped and stained furniture and a TV that would stop working for no apparent reason.

Horrible Stay!!
My trash sat out side my room door ! No one offered me extra anything I ran out of tissue had to buy it from the store house keeping never had anything on her cart nor was she ever really cleaning! There was even dog poop on my floor that was dried up nd hard!!

Breakfast was supposed to be included and wasn’t. That was the main reason for booking with this hotel. It was leaking in the room, ruining my husbands belongings and was told we would be refunded but have not seen that.

DISGUSTING
It was so so so dirty and I had my kids and the place smelled like weed so bad the fire lark went off every five minutes!!!! Staff was beyond rude!! Never ever again SO nasty!! I had Punic hair on the walls of our shower! Port a johns are cleaner than this place!! We left after being there 30 minutes! No way was I risking getting bed bugs!!!!!

I discovered multiple bed bugs in the bed. I called the front desk to notify them, and the only solution they had was to switch me to a new room. I didn’t visually identify any bed bugs in the second room, but woke up COVERED in bites that i’m still recovering from over a week later. Aside from that, the facility also had a odor of mildew and smoke, and the floors were very dirty. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Filthy dirty
After a long day of soccer, we were tired and would have taken a bed anywhere. However, the place smells really bad. The sheets were clean, but everything else was filthy. We kept our shoes on until we got into bed. The towels were shredded, and the carpet had holes in it. Overall, we were very hesitant to stay and would have canceled but it was so late by the time we arrived.
