My granddaughter fell down to leave blood from her mouth the front of elevator . The small stone design of ground was not noticed clearly. Especially, we first was comming here.

這已經是我第二次住宿 櫃檯服務很棒 飯店一樓有便利商店跟咖啡廳 附近離豬肉一條街..地下街..都很近 重點搭計程車去機場超方便

This is not a 4-star hotel, more a 2-star. Bed is rock hard, property and all furniture is extremely old, outdated, cracks every where. Walls are thin as you can hear the neighbors talking. Gym is horrible. Do not book here.

Great location overlooking the sea. Short walk to market, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good with a large variety of food both Korean and western. Only thing was the beds were very hard like sleeping on the floor but has been the same elsewhere in Korea. There was also no aircon as winter season, but when asked they resolved this for me.

오션뷰의 호텔룸은 여행기간내내 힐링이 되었답니다. 근처의 갈만한곳도 다양하고, 호텔룸 컨디션도 아주좋았습니다. 다음 제주여행을 간다면 다시묵고싶은 호텔입니다.

위치가 좋아서 항상 이용하는 호텔인데 세월이 있으니 시설은 낡았지만 시트나 수건은 깨끗하고 호텔인근 산지해장국 우진해장국 동문시장도 가까워 좋아요.일층 편의점도 있고 조식도 맛있어요.

Common areas are nice, but the room itself could use a deep clean. The bedskirts, curtains, and even the walls were dirty and scuffed up. The beds were like sleeping on a piece of granite.

Avoid this hotel
Very dated hotel which hasn't been updated in a long time. Chose this hotel due to location but service and facilities all around poor for the amount you pay for this. Staff were inept to help with luggage or any assistance until I escalated to Hotels.com. Also, they do not let you control the heating in your room so far as to remove the air con remote to your room and will not give you it at any costs. Breakfast was poor quality for the amount listed. Overall, disappointing experience for the price and would not recommend at all.
