「The Londonderry Arms is an old fashioned hotel (originally a coaching inn), with an interesting history. The bedrooms we had were very spacious and comfortable, if a little hot. The bathroom would benefit from a little sprucing up, but was spotless and the bath itself huge! Evening meal and breakfast were both excellent, and all staff helpful and friendly.」

「Family of 4, girls enjoyed the spa whilst the boys went swimming. Could do with a few more options but I believe there's plans to extend the spa area in the near future. Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. 」

「Carol was an amazing host and had a wonderful home that she welcomed us into. The room was comfortable and made for a great first stop after an overnight flight. Breakfast each day was awesome and full of options! It’s also incredibly convenient to the ferry that takes you to Cairnyarn, Scotland. Highly recommended. Parking is a bit limited but not uncommon in areas like this. Just find a space and avoid the double yellow lines!」

「Our stay was a nice change from being in Dublin and Galway. The walk around the property is very relaxing. It was nice being able to spread out in different rooms. 」

「Fantastic stay in a beautiful part. of Northern Ireland. Communication was great and property was even better than expected. Hot tub was a welcome addition and although the property is about 45 mins from the airport, hiring a car is easy and affordable and then you have much better access here to other spots on the coast. 5 star, would stay again, and thank you to Niall and Janeen for their hospitality. 」

「The accommodation is well situated to access sights on the Antrim coast and glens. The owners were flexible and communicated well. We had everything we needed at the accommodation including a well stocked fridge. Thoroughly recommended. 」

「There were good and not so good issues here. Negotiating our arrival was a challenge with a very stiff (& not obvious) gate catch then steep narrow concrete steps.Hot water had issues! And there was not much of a seaview from this so called Seaview Apartment! No instructions on how to work the oven/hob, the microwave or washing machine. The bathroom was damp & showing mould on the walls & with a window that wouldn't close! The bed was comfortable. The only way to get hot water to the sinks was...

「This is a beautiful cottage in a quaint area. We used it as a base to visit parts of NIR to the north (Rope Bridge in Carrick-a-Rede and Giants Causeway) and south (Dobbins, train to Belfast). A short walk to the nearby Spar was great for morning coffee and snacks. We also had dinner at the Ballygally Castle Hotel (walkable) and started our GOT Journey of Doors there (if you’re a fan of the show look this up). 「Staying at Altahammond House was truly an amazing experience - from the comfort of the stay, the gorgeous gardens and the exceptional service from Heather and Tom - it made for a fantastic place to stay. We were well looked after from the minute we set foot in the door. Will be returning to Altahammond house and would recommend that others stay here. 」

「The home is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and so homely! The area is a quiet area, it is a barn amongst a lovely quiet plot, which means the views driving in are drop dead gorgeous. Catch the sunset from the house too, its beautiful. The people there are so warm and friendly too. They really treat you like its a home. Rooms are so homely and well prepared and clean. Absolutely loved it here. 」

「The apartment itself is decorated and presented to a high standard. It is however a couple of hundred meters up an unmarked track from the main road. For unknown reasons the owners were unaware of our booking, as a result the owner wasn't available to direct us to the apartment. I would suggest making contact with the owner directly as soon as booking this apartment. 」
