地點方便，一出云西站對面便是，而且附近有多間商鋪方便行街飲食。前台有禮，今次更免費upgrade我們 至大房，而且從3:30am 每一小時便有機場送機服務，這對於乘搭超早離開的航班的旅客十分適合。（不過值得一提是房間是中央暖氣，而且也沒有窗，太熱；而且洗澡也沒有浴簾，水花淺到整個浴室都是水，有點狼狽）

半夜到机场，找到机场服务台打了电话到酒店，有会说中文的小哥，很快来机场接了。酒店服务还不错，早餐也还可以。

Great value hotel for airport
Family of 4 member stay for a night for morning flight back home. We booked a room with two queen size bed with a living room sofa n tv. Location was great just in front of the subway. Hotel staff help us find place to shop since it’s Sunday and Lotte Mark it not open. Varies Restaurants and shops around, like Korean style and Daiso store. Hotel provide shuttle van to airport which was very convenient. Over all, nice and cozy hotel.will choose again

The hotel can book a free airport pick up service
The hotel can book a free airport pick up service, which is very convenient. I had made a reservation for arrived day by e-mail. When I arrived by midnight, I went to the airport's information desk which operate 24-hours and asked the service desk to contact the hotel.The pick up service is on the departure floor.The hotel is about 15~20 minutes from the airport.After arriving at the hotel, I make an appointment back to airport the next day.The alley outside the hotel had a convenient store.

有機場接送很好，可惜只能在一航廈，讓人還要從二航廈趕到一航廈，比較不方便。

非常親切而且友善的旅館
前台的 Steven 大叔人很好，而且笑容滿面，非常溫暖！商務旅館通常都冷冰冰的，這位大叔會很親切的問候您，然後告訴你，你會需要的，像是機場接送服務還有morning call 服務之類的，還怕你睡過頭，晚上很晚抵達都沒問題，半小時一班車，來回機場都有，很方便！

转机的话临时住一夜可以接受
韩国转机住了一夜，交通方便，有机场班车，也可以坐快轨。有早餐要收费，还算可以，附近有N多小饭店，价格便宜。酒店条件一般，前台有会中文的服务员，不明白床垫和枕头为什么套上不透气的塑料套，原以为是新开的酒店，结果事假老店，所有设备老旧，不过转机住一晚还是可以接受的

You get what you pay for. The walls are thin, so u can hear the next door neighbors talking. The evening stuff was good. But I had 2 older guys the next day at the front desk. 1 being the manager and the other being the driver. Although the driver guy was aright. I asked him who would be taking me to the airport, he said to ask the manager. Which I did. But he kinda avoided me and didnt wanna talk to me and didn't give me no eye contact. But when I told them that I had a 8am appointment to get dropped off at the airport, then they looked and told me to either stand around or walk around, which did. Of course after that I arrived at the airport for my flight. Overall customer service with the 2 older guys, not so great. Cleanliness 2 out of 5,

日本語も英語もあんまり通じませんが翻訳アプリを使い伝えて、丁寧に対応してくれました。 ベットの下にいつからあるか分からない男性用のパンツが落ちていました。表面的には全体的に綺麗です。シャワーの水圧もよかったですが、シャワーカーテンがないのでそこらじゅう水浸しになります。浴槽に座って洗いました。

空港の送迎が無料であったので利用しました。駅も近いし、コンビニや飲食店もすぐ近くて便利だし、スタッフの方もとても親切でとても良かった。部屋は広く、バスタブもあった。

The only positive thing is the transportation. The driver is on time and courteous. The room is old and dirty with long water marks on the wall seems to be caused by a leaking AC. The bathroom is also very old and has small cracks and holes everywhere. Luckily we only stayed one night. Will never go back again.

Great location. Very close to a subway station and easy to commute. The pick up service is fast and reliable; driver is very friendly. Simple room but spacious. Good value for a one night stay. Will stay again if transit in Seoul next time.

駅からとても近いです。部屋は広くて、最低限揃っていて特に困りませんでした。 給水タンクがエレベーター前にあるのがとても良かったです。ロッテリアはホテルの隣、結構大きめのロッテマートが徒歩圏内にあるので便利でした。 気になった点は、スペアキーをもらえなかった。 また掃除はベッドメイキングは連泊のときはしてくれないみたいです。 コップとスリッパが古くて少し気になったので 気になる方は持参したほうがいいかも。他は特にありません。

We had a very nice stay. The size of the rooms were perfect. We loved the walking distances to the different restaurants and stores. I would say the airport shuttle was a major plus and we were able to get to the airport quickly.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Building is bit old but very good for the price. We had to hire a taxi to the hotel from the airport ,it was supposed to free shuttle bus but we got it from the hotel to the airport. Overall it was very good.

Good value for what you pay, and located near a 7-Eleven, fast food and other stores, plus a subway station. Shuttle service is infrequent and looks ad hoc. You may even need to call, which won't be easy if arriving with SIM cards that don't work in Korea. I had to ask the airport information counter to do it and then wait 40 minutes. Subway may be quicker if you're familiar but I wasn't. Rooms pretty spacious. A little worn but good value vs. price. TV and remote a bit confusing if you don't know Korean, but I persevered through trial and error. Lots within easy walking distance - very good there. Overall not quite as user-friendly or idiot-proof as the bigger chains running buses to the airport, but maybe a third to a quarter of the price so I'd recommend. Just budget a little extra time getting to there and back.
