I really liked the area this hotel is in. The foyer was beautiful. I would have given it a 5 star rating if there was no carpet on the floors but at least the carpet didn’t smell like some other hotels. I would definitely stay here again

My stay here is always comfortable! I never have any issues! This is my go to place whether it’s one night or the weekend. My family reunion weekend stay will be here as well later this year! Love the convenient location!

We were attending a festival that was within walking distance to venue. Location was convenient to the Mid City District (walkable). However, the room was not exactly clean. The bath tub had a considerable amount of hair in it. The elevators were very slow, when they worked. There was a sign that they were being serviced, but we never saw evidence of that. We just used the stairs. Front desk staff was friendly.

The elevators are actually being updated to the tune of 230,000(they only work monday-thursday) and should be done soon. We apologize for the inconvenience while we make these upgrades

I didn’t like that they didn’t give me the Room that a reserved, I reserved doble bed and the give me a king with sofa bed. Other that it was ok , a list they give me a free breakfast.

We were there for a couple shows @ The Orion and the whole staff kept their cool ...welcoming smiles front and foremost! Mainenance folks that were noticing things needed attention before waiting for someone to call. Over all great experience, will definitely stay again!

Really nice hotel! It was within walking distance of Orion for a concert, as well as food, and a Starbucks. Breakfast was just okay, but the beds were comfy and the room was nice and clean. Will stay again for future events.
