「I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel with my two dogs. I was offered a room outside of the main building which was very convenient for me, with having my dogs. The room overall was clean, comfortable and nicely presented. Having a walk on the doorstep for the dogs was very convenient. My only negative observations was that the toilet seat was loose and there was a damp Patch where paint was peeling in one of the window recesses. 「Lovely room and amazing shower. A few things that would improve overall visit- the green emergency light above the bedroom door casts light into the room all night and really impacts sleep for people who need a dark room? It was rather like having a nightlight you could not switch off. Would also be nice to have more than one towel and a mirror in the bedroom to dry hair. Comfortable bed but I didn’t sleep well due to the light issue unfortunately 」

「We stayed over following a wedding in Basingstoke. The Hotel was cheaper than a Travel lodge and certainly better than the aforementioned. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you for a great stay. 」

「Travelling for work I booked a single room for less than the local Travelodge. The grounds and main hotel are lovely and it was a delight to see the deer, ducks and other wildlife on the grounds. The room itself was away from the main building but was recently decorated, clean and welcoming. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room.
