大致上還不錯，但入住時房間有聞到煙味，一整天的空調也散不去，對不抽煙的人來說，有點困擾 隔音沒那麼好，聽得到隔壁開關電燈按鍵的聲音 房間內有擺放不能抽菸的罰款警語，不過效果應該不是很好～

前台人員超不專業，除了對私穩的敏感度極低，收錢程序亦欠專業，信用卡收據都唔識俾返客人，仲反問客人「你要架？」 入住時唔知係地盤景觀🙄 隔音超差，入住就聽到吸塵機聲。 沖涼房門係好大空隙，漏水去廁所地下濕晒。 房間潔淨度有待改善。 不推薦入住，完全唔值。

A great staff is the best welcome
Room was spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. Quite some thoughtful details in the room, e.g. USB outlet in both sides of the bed, movable table next to the window sill, audio connection hub for the TV, etc. I do like the room and believe it fits well for my future workation. :D Frontdesk staff was very polite and helpful! I checked in after mid-night and asked quite some questions about my stay. The staff gave me detail replies politely with much patience. When the check-in was nearly done and he briefed me about WIFI login & password, he notified me that it was right during WIFI server upgrade and the connection would would be suspended for about an hour. I guess I looked disappointed as I planned to work a bit after check-in, which needed the connection. Yet do understand it had nothing to do with him, I simply confirmed the down time during, then thanked him and headed straight to my room. After hanging out in the room for some time, I received a call from the same gentleman to my very much surprise. He called to update me that the WIFI was back! Was so impressed by his thoughtfulness and willingness to provide extra-mild service! A great staff is the best welcome. With the nice service I received and the hotel's spacious comfy room, I recommended this hotel to my friends already. :D
