Dirty Room, Never it again
The staff is really nice and he let us to have our room earlier which flavor our visit schedule. However, the entire cleanness in the room is terrible. Coffee or chocolate stains on the cups, yellowish around the inner of the Otter. There is an electric heating pad on the bed, but it is nonfunctional. Its electric plugs bend and got fire flash when we tried to plug into the electric socket. It's horrible......Never stay in there again.

Terrible motel.
Advertisement pics are totally different from what we get. Terrible rooms, tiny size. Horrible housekeep. Faulty lights and mouldy fan provided. Extremely not welcoming. A unpleasant experience.

Hi As stated in other reviews our motel pics are exactly what is on the website the room you booked states Comfort room (Small Room with 1x Double bed )we do get visits from Expedia etc to check these rooms out so there is no false advertising i will bring the subject up regarding air-con at our next manager meeting not sure what you meant by faulty lights this should have been mentioned at front desk and the problem would have been sorted

非常好的住宿體驗
距離Hobart市區約車程15分鐘，如果旅館內停車位已滿，附近也很方便找停車位。這次入住的房內有提供簡易的流理台、烤麵包機、微波爐、小冰箱、熱水壺，設備齊全，整體空間也不會覺得擁擠也非常乾淨舒適。床上也提供了電熱毯，讓此次旅程的夜晚更溫暖了。唯一的小小缺點就是隔音的部分，夜晚時隔壁房客說話的聲音還是能夠聽見，但不至於吵鬧，但這次的入宿體驗一切都非常完美

非常好的住宿，男朋友的生日旅行，房間很舒服住了三晚都沒有感到不適。而且櫃檯員工很親切，價錢便宜，如果再去的話會再次入住!

Toilet smell is not good, but clean. I stay in the last room beside exit door, a bit noisy when people go and out.

Clean & comfort place
around 5-10 mins drive from Hobart, a little bit far, but if you have a car that should not be a problem.share kitchen, but you still have a refrigerator to store your food

Small room. Only microwave in room and no other kitchen facilities except in common kitchen. Price is cheap and suitable for 1 night stay.

We were given Room 1, which had the best waterfront view of the Derment River. Overall, quite good for 3 star rated Motel. Limited carparking, but they are upgrading and extending a further car parking area. Only Cereal in small packets and white toast bread and toppings available to self-serve in your room. No dining facility available. The throw rug to keep warm with hadn't been washed for a long time and had a terrible odor, but they promptly gave us another one the next day after we mentioned the problem to them. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
