Very convenient traffic wise and everything is close by. However, one thing needs to be improved was that our tissue paper was empty and was not replaced during our stay.

酒店位置在市中心，去超市很方便不到10分鐘。酒店員工很友善。 本人是訂Apartment 1 bedroom ，是有微波爐，洗衣機及廚房，本人訂此房間就是想煮食，可笑是有抽油煙機，沒煮食爐頭。有煮食用具，沒有煮食煎煱。 如果不能煮食，我倒不如訂普通雙人房，這是美中不足的地方。 希希望酒店能改善。因為始終房價是不同的。

Great hotel , 200% better than Oaks, tidy room, nice staffs, the only that that I would comment is the lotus shower head which is not adjustable and without the regular shower head which is not the same as the photos shown in Expedia

This is a apartment hotel, the room with everything like washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, the tableware as well like frog, knife etc but no cooking device. There is air-conditioner in the living room but not the bedroom even no fan. Sometimes the air-conditioner does not work. The lock of the room door does not function very well, it takes 3-5 mins to open the door, even it needs to call the hotel staff for help. The location is good convenience.

非常理想的體驗
價錢相宜，地點理想，就在CBD的中央，亦在Skybus的站附近，到海邊或在CBD購物都不成問題，房間頗新，空間也頗大，設備也齊全，如有牙膏及牙刷的供應就會更加理想。而且也有健身室以便做運動呢!

This hotel melded old and new perfectly. Parking was easy and convenient being on site. The rooms were comfortable and without issue. Loved the friendly service in the restaurant for take away coffee and in the bar for a night cap. Great dining within walking distance

Everything was good except Foxtel Sky News Channel was not available. If it was a fault it should have been fixed after day 1 of our stay. If the Hotel has deleted this channel, I m unlikely to book this hotel gain.
