Thank you for your feedback Shanee. Evidently it wasn't made clear to you that you were not coming to a motel. You rented someone's condo. We are a vacation rental management company. Cleaning fees are charged to clean the unit when you are finished and we do not stock extra linens. The cleaning company provides those as part of the service. The bugs you were concerned about turned out to be sprinkles perhaps from someone's donut. We've addressed this with the cleaning company. We appreciate you choosing Beach and Tennis for your stay.
