1. 價格不貴 , 建議可以訂私人桑拿的房型 , 不過在1樓也有大眾的桑拿房 2. 飯店位置就在港口附近 , 如果有要搭郵輪幾乎是首選 唯一的小缺點是櫃台不是24小時有人 , 如果有問題必須打櫃台電話跟24小時服務人員聯繫 , 要有基礎英語對話能力 (尤其是周末兩天入住的話 , 需要打電話Check-IN , 並且按照服務人員的指示來取得房卡)

A nice apartment
Call it apartment is better than hotel. I twisted my ankle and receptions gave me a handmade cold bag- water in black bag. Just say thank you to kind assistance! Suitable for stay over than 2 days and short distance to city center, airport connection need transfer though.

Viking Line下船後，超方便的住宿
1)Viking Line下船後可步行10分鐘前往； 2)住宿包含兩座大樓，一座是接待處本座，另一座是從本座出來左轉(稱B座)，我被安排入住在接待處本座，升降機較舊式，能從地面進入，但出口是在兩層之間，即是要將行李手提半層； 3)沒空調，剛好熱浪，日間30度，晚上11時才天黑，有點熱； 4)洗衣房在B座地庫1樓，內有兩部洗衣機和兩部乾衣機供客人免費使用，洗衣程序40分鐘，使用前需到洗衣房預約； 5)廚房不包含任何調味料，請自備； 6)Wifi給力； 7)浴室花灑水力很好； 8)住宿門外(步行不用1分鐘)就是4號電車和5號電車站，可來往中央車站附近； 9)4號電車總站(住宿出發不多於3站)有地道超市，價錢較市中心的便宜，超市內還有罐裝飲品空罐的回收機，將空罐放入可換成現金券立即在超市使用； 10)雙人床床褥較軟，伴侶晚上轉身我也會感覺到，第一個晚上睡得不好，幸好屋內還有單人摺床提供，第二晚我要睡在摺床上才能有較好的睡眠質素。

I am not satisfied with the wifi service. The wifi is broken when I checked in, and I have informed the reception to fix it. But It was not fixed until I come back. and there is no human service during the night.

Far away from city centre without reception
The hotel located around 2km from city centre and very quite at night time. No front desk assistance at location, and need to contact for getting gate password in advance for late checking and getting room keys in mail box. One of three room cards are missed at our second stay. The flat is spacious with kitchen,but no secure to stay on ground floor, as the lock of back door is our of order, and need to request for another room in upper floor.

Quite surprised that even the check-in process needed to be handled by ourselves, as the reception was closed when we arrived. We has to contact the hotline shown on the door of the reception. Gratefully the staff was quite helpful, and the process was quite smooth and simple.

好奇怪的大堂服務，晚上會鎖門並沒有工作人員，完全不考慮晚上才到的客人，辦理入住時又要出示訂房時的信用卡，但我是朋友代訂，怎樣可以提供，如果是入住要用信用卡作抵押，也不用同一張信用卡吧？向朋友取信用卡資料好奇怪，而且酒店此要求亦很奇怪、很不合理。

Not in central area，but just 10 min walk can reach
Although it is not located in the central area, just 10 min walk can reach the shopping area. A supermarket and pharmacy in 3 min walk. Equipped with kitchen, very spacious. Recommended for budget traveller.

Good value
Helsinki is actually quite small. most of the major sightseeing spots can be reached by feet. The hotel is close to the tram station. There's a super market nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped. Not very surprising but meet my expectation. Hair dryer is not provided, maybe can be rented or borrowed from the reception. One shortcoming is that we were staying in Building A, the elevator is an old style one. So if someone left the elevator's door open, it can't be used unless you personally go to floor where the door is left open, and close the elevator's door. Also, the elevator doesn't stop on each floor, but "between" the floors, so you still have to walk up half-floor stairs to reach to your room. But this is only for building A. Washing machine and drying machine are super convenient, remember to bring your own detergent.

The apartment is not far from the city. There are some restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. But we didn’t like the apartment. It’s old and ugly. See the photos the deep freezer was full of ice

Room was clean, all done a bit on thd cheap but nonetheless acceptable. Wouldn't want to pay much more than €50/night for a room there though. Room was large but bed was uncomfortable. Nice, quiet area of the city. Lift wasn't working when I arrived so had to treck up five flights of stairs to my room. When the lift was working it was frankly terrifying - it would violently stop at random floors on the way up or down..so took the stairs again. Drunk guy started knocking on my door at 0515 on the last day.

Nice stay
The location of the apartments was really good. Just a two minute walk to the tram stop and two more minutes to the grocery store. One of the downsides of the stay was that there was no oven, only microwave and hot plates. The standard of the apartment was not very good. Cupboards didn’t close, a lamp did not work.
