「Our loft unit was very spacious and clean. Although it is not quite walkable from Malmo Central Station, Bus route 5 stops near the hotel to/from Malmo central station and it takes about 7 min. Turning Torso is just 10 min walk from the hotel. Staff is very friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel.」

「原本預訂為2房單位，後來免費upgrade 至3房，單位設備完善，有2合1洗衣乾衣機，但沒有洗衣液供應，廚房亦設有焗爐及煮食爐，沒有微波爐，但亦足夠使用，膠囊咖啡機及茶包，但因四周都有興建工程及地盤，影響視野環境，令質素有所下降，周邊亦有住宅區及有停車場提供，如需泊車環使用其他屋苑的停車場，apartment沒有車位供應，對面有3間超級市場，購買物品十分方便，另亦有餐廳，如果視野環境能改善會有更高性價比。」

「Die schöne Altstadt von Lund erreicht man in ca. 10 Gehminuten. Freundliches Personal. Schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und Sofa. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet! Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel.」

「Though not 24 hrs reception, there is sufficient support and their staff is nice and helpful. Convenient location and very close to train station and metro. The room is spacious and well equipped.」

「This was just right for our family of 4 with kids age 2 and 4 the end of May 2024. A good playground diagonal across the street and an awesome one in Orstedsparken. Walking distance to metro to get to the airport and all around the area. Only downside was it was very warm (almost 80) and there is no AC and we were on the sunny afternoon side of the building.」

「The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. 」

「Beautiful 2- bedroom apartment. Great location. Had internet smart TV issues, but management came in ( surprisingly unannounced) and resolved it within two hours. Not sure where communication fell where we were not informed and she entered with her management keys while we were in apartment. Hate to think if we were not there and she had entered as we value our privacy. Otherwise - perfect apartment. Clean. 」

「Great property! We were upgraded from a one bedroom to a three bedroom. Loved the spacious kitchen and view from the deck. Gorgeous windows everywhere! The rooms don’t have air conditioning and were very warm! 」

「Prima plek om een nachtje te slapen maar voor langdurig verblijf. De ontvangst is erg vriendelijk en de tongbijt moet je in het gebouw daarnaast kunt doen is voortreffelijk honderdtal prima plek om te logeren.」

「It would be great to have a printed guidance in room so guests do not need to check online manuals every time. The apartment could provide access to washer and dryer in the Basecamp, at fees in needed.」

「房間非常寬敞，設施亦很齊全，有廚房和洗衣機，樓下亦有gym。可惜洗衣機門常打不開，但其中一位員工非常熱心幫忙，問題也得以解決。只是他不在的時候，其他員工不懂怎麼協助，承諾明天會有技工解決，但洗衣機門依然打不開，也沒有交代有沒有人來整過，或是有其他原因所以未能解決。住在這裏大致上都非常愉快，只是這個問題上，覺得員工向我們交代一聲會比較好。」

「酒店有設備一流的厨房設施，在附近就有－間大型超市，價格合理,我們終於可自巳煮到 意粉，生菜及湯了 房間多枱面，掛架擺放物品，插蘇頭充足！ 早餐十分好味，如果增加熱食更好！大堂有朱古力糖，咖啡,冷熱水，生菓供應！ 非常注重環保，無提供面紙，施鞋，一次性 漱口用品，垃圾桶分三類擺放。」
