「優點 1.樓層的安全做得不錯 有獨立的安全門，要有房卡才能進入 2.空間寬敞，設備齊全，客廳的設計讓人覺得很舒適 3.床的品質不錯 4.空調很穩定 5.陽台很寬敞，我很喜歡 缺點 1.入住時，臥房角落有大量毛髮沒有清理，沙發底下有前幾位房客留下來的垃圾，可見清潔很隨便。 2.地板是塑膠貼皮地板，凹凸不平，對於硬體設施的管理有待加強 3.洗澡的水壓不足，溫度忽冷忽熱 4.入住當天不小心打翻水在地毯上，通知清潔人員處理後，地毯就再也沒有回來了，也是清潔人員的問題 5.早餐區，第一天沙拉區有大量蒼蠅，令人不悅，第二天早餐時段卻在做環境調整，只有提供麵包與點餐服務，連牛奶罐都空的，要問才有，向服務人員詢問有沒有起司跟火腿，男性服務人員直接回答沒有，快吃飽的時候，女性服務人員才問說有沒有需要起司與火腿，員工教育很差。 6.部分窗簾很難使用」

「整體員工服務很好，很有笑容很樂於助人。 泳池旁的餐廳早餐味道很好很合我們的口味，價錢十分合理也算便宜。午餐也不錯，但是價錢貴了一點。 環境總括都很好，之前擔心比較鄉郊的環境會有很多蚊蟲，但是他們滅蟲方面做得不錯，住了七天也沒有被蚊蟲叮咬。 房間每天清潔蠻不錯的，尚算整理；衹是第一天入住的時候被鋪有點異味，第二天打電話到服務台要求換被鋪後就沒有這情況出現。 我們入住了兩層的別墅房，外出的泳池水有幾天都比較寒冷，如果以今次的經驗，下次會要求陽光比較充足的房間，小朋友每天游泳就不怕著涼又可以游玩長一點時間。 這次總括來說，家人對房間、環境、員工和餐廳的服務整體十分滿意，感謝這酒店給了我們一個愉快的渡假環境，我們有機會會再來的。 。」
