「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」

「Everything about our stay at 8ERA Apts in Tallin was great. The layout and size of the apartment was perfect for two people – including the very good sized terrace. 「The hotel is renovated this year, so it's new and clean inside. The location is perfect, very easy for you to visit malls, the bus station, and restaurants. BUT, when I entered the room, there was no towel. The telephone is dead, and my room key didn't work twice. I have to go to the lobby to fix the problems. The breakfast is so so, not so many choices.
