「The Barahi jungle Lodge is a beautiful place, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of luxury in Chitwan! A few highlights: -Their commitment to sustainability is exceptional. 「This is a top-notch property with great amenities and things to do. We had a wonderful village tour and two nature walks with Kamal Adhikari, the guide at the lodge. He is so knowledgeable and does an excellent job. We also went to the Locals Cultural dance which was very entertaining and so well performed. Mr. Adhikari participated in that as well. 「Overall property was pretty good with garden area and outside dining. Food was acceptable. Off the main road and so less dust and traffic noise. Fan and AC unit worked. Room not as clean as it should be. Main problem, they had screen doors on each room which made a loud banging noise every time they were closed. With about 20 rooms that can make for a lot of unpleasant noise especially at all hours of the night. Also lots of people were smoking in all of the nice outside areas, not in the rooms...

「Our Stay at the Jungle Sunset Camp was a real good surprise! The Hotel is on the river, very quiet, but still walking distance to the main street of Sauraha (not so big). The room is quite nice, spacious and clean. The bed is indeed slightly hard, but that's our preference, so we slept super well. There is hot water in the shower (not that common in Nepal). 「Good place to stay for your safari vacation - nice and quiet. The staff was overall friendly, but some off the staff were not so welcoming or good at giving information - maybe just shy. Like when we checked in, there was no "welcome" or small talk, and no info on breakfast time or that you had to leave your key to get the room cleaned.
