「Very nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Our room was spectacular. My husband got sick during the trip and the hotel allowed us to stay 2 hour longer before going to the railway station. The hotel staff also checked us in earlier without charging early check-in fees. Very friendly and accommodating. We certainly will be back next year. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.」

「A nice boutique hotel located in the city centre. Rooms are large and well equipped. Loud music played, at times, between 19.00 and 23.00, due to a night club's operation in the same building is not to everyone's taste, but I understand the need to differentiate. Breakfast is OK. Restaurant offers a variety of tastefull plates. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Local stores for food, snacks, sweets etc are very near. Would go there again. 」

The location was very good for us as we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of the sightseeing areas but within easy reach - we used Yandex which worked very well and very cheap ( 15,000 to 30,000 soms each way to the main tourist sights, railway, airport). However, it could be improved by implementing some already quite common and simple measures for more environmentally friendly operations such as allowing to skip daily cleaning/ exchange of towels (which was possible upon request, though) and adding more local products to the buffet breakfast (is importing apples from Azerbaijan and yogurts from Belarus really necessary?).」
