「I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. 「My 3rd stay continued the streak of excellent service from the friendly staff. My room air conditioner was having problems and they fixed quickly. Later in the trip, the air conditioner had further problems so they moved my room. Their responses were fast and appreciated. I know where I’m staying when I’m back in Iloilo in the future. 」
