Staff are friendly and the surrounding environment is good for business travel. Breakfast area is not as pleasant as the apartment. Quite some food are just lukewarm and the food preparation area is dirty. It needs some renovation of the restaurant area. But restaurant staff are professional and friendly. We will come back!

設備及裝修已有点舊，只要加強保養清潔方面很不錯，房間安排可望廣州塔，附近有圖書館，大劇院等景點，地點方便，登記入住的男職員服務很用心又有耐性，價格在附近全5星酒店已很合理，還會再來的。

服务是OK 的，之前打电话告知不能吸烟，就给我安排了靠近花园的房间。 酒店的设施稍显陈旧了些，电梯比较慢，声音比较大，房间内卧室门也关不上，冰箱有一股味道，虽然没大的影响，都应该改善下，毕竟一晚上的房费也不便宜。

Good location. Clean and tidy. As one room apartment is full house, they upgrade three-rooms for us. It's very spacious and comfortable. Good service. Worth for money.

整體而言，家具設備及裝潢都很新穎時尚，美中不足的是地鐵通道未完全開通，去地鐵站需繞遠路。

One of the Best in Guangzhou
I stayed in a three-bedroom with my family in February which was spacious and luxurious. As same as other Ascott residences, the room was equipped with high quality electronic appliances such as Siemens cooking and washing products. Although the kitchen was not open style, it was big enough to accommodate three to four people cooking at the same time. Their sports and leisure facilities were stunning which included indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym room, theatre, mini golf, kids playground and sauna. The apartment is just next to the Zhujiang New City MTR Station. There are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and banks nearby. It is no doubt a perfect place of staying for a few months, or even a year.

酒店的服務沒有很好，特別在有沒有包早餐這事情讓我很不高興，在訂房的確認書已寫包早餐，結果前台說沒有而且要客人自己跟 Agent 跟進。這樣的服務太差了，而且找計程車很難
