Location is good but it is up the hill so make sure to take their shuttle bus instead of walking. The facilities and staff are mostly great! Kim, the lady at the reception was particularly helpful, she helped me a lot on my trip planning and she is always smiling and polite!! For the sauna and gym, I would suggest it opens longer, 8pm is a bit early to close as ppl may want to use them after dinner, esp gym, would suggest it opens 24/7.

It’s far from our imagine, much better. The lobby and the service is really good. Especially once we seek for travel advice from staff, one of the front desk, Sven, helped us a lot, and gave us good advice. We can also buy all travel tix at reception to avoid the long waiting time at station. We appreciated much. Also the hotel has hot water tank at lobby, it’s still good even though there has no kettle at room. Location is fabulous to go the First!

蜜月旅行中最滿意的飯店，帶給我們很美好的回憶。飯店景觀一流，在房間內即可遠眺山峰美景。房間一塵不染，住宿體驗非常舒適。早餐豐富選擇多。地點在first纜車旁邊，也鄰近車站，飯店可接駁。飯店員工親切，從住宿前的小叮嚀到退房後的貼心（免費提供瓶裝水），整個住宿體驗好舒服好愉快，強力推薦！

在格林德瓦很方便舒適的選擇
是一間團客選擇住宿的飯店，但因為公共空間很大，所以還是能保持度假的悠閒，像早餐餐廳很大，飯店人員會把自行前往的人和團客分在不同區域，所以不需擔心擁擠。此外，大廳有一台熱水的機器會一直供應熱水，需要的的人可自行帶保溫杯裝，這點很不錯。

free pick up service to train station when you make a reservation! location is great, close to the cable car to First and have guest discount! Hotel will provide guest card to ride the local bus as a free of charge.

Good view hotel
The weather is very hot but there is no air con, so not sleep well at night. The view is excellent. My room's balcony is facing the mountain. I found that the mountain is different during the day.

The hotel has good mountain view and nice breakfast with a variety of choices. It also provides good free taxi services so that it is convenient to transport the luggage back to Grindelwald station in rainy weather

整體上不錯 食物 附近環境 也很好 但晚間入住 員工態度很差 事源當晚入住我車停門口 完全沒有人出來接待 這也算了 我唯有下車入 大堂 找人幫忙 可惜入大堂後只有一位員工 我請他幫忙 他竟叫我等一會 他不是在說電話或跟人說話 只是埋頭在做自己的東西 我唯有站著等他幾分鐘 他才得閒理我 問我訂房名字 慢條斯理 打電話請人來幫我拿行李 拿行李的人很好 很幫忙 幫我太太拿行李上房 我拍好車後 再走進大堂 問那位員工我可以在哪兒吃飯 問他酒店的餐廳關門了沒有 因為 到達 已經 是 晚上八時 他不禮貌地說餐廳酒店要訂位還 只有set menu 50法郎一位 我說先跟太太商量一下 看看 menu有什麼吃 他完全沒有主動說幫我訂位 及介紹附近有什麼可以吃 直至我問他 他才告訴我 還好像要我求他 幫 我在酒店餐廳訂位吃晚飯 怎知道餐廳到餐廳後 可坐200人的餐廳 連埋我們 只有三枱客人 我看見那位員工 好像感冒 我也就算了不跟他計較 怎知明天晚上 回酒店 看見他熱情的跟一對外國夫婦在談天 我唯有站在一旁等 等他們談完 他打了一轉過來看我就即時 黑面了 我禮貌地問他 早上退房時間是幾點 他說是十一點 我說我記得紀錄好像是十一點半 他立時很大聲很不禮貌地跟我說 他在哪兒工作了五年絕對一定是十一點 不斷重複地大聲不禮貌地說我當時再翻看紀錄 也被他那不禮貌的態度 開始令我覺得有點生氣 我即時跟他說 不要再用那麼大聲的態度跟我說話 我們是自駕遊 若果忘記了其中一間酒店的退房時間很過份嗎 他看見我生氣就立時收斂了 然後說可以把我延遲退房時間至12點 這酒店 整體上位置不錯 到少女峰 很 好的選擇 但男員工對話人 是絕對歧視 不明白這四星酒店 為何會有這些員工 若不是員工的問題 酒店還是很不錯的

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
The hotel offers free shuttle pick-up for from the the railway station, saved me the trouble with my luggage. The welcome refreshment was a nice touch. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel also gave me a visitor card which I can use to ride the bus in the village for free and provide the discount for the ride between Grindelwald and First. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant stays I had. Highly recommend it.

Everything is nice.... staffs, breakfast, wonderful mountain view,..etc The only worse point is their location is not close to train station. In another point, it's very close to station to First. It's worth to stay with such price. Staffs are very helpful when they know we are rush to top of Europe With their help we caught an earlier train

自助早餐不錯, 環境幾好, 單人房都不算小, 自己揀了有個露台, 價錢算幾貴下, 地點都算遠, 車站行10分鐘, 不過好近 first 吊車, 過對面就係, 唔知點解去度仲要再收我city tax, 明明在hotel 俾錢時已包括tax. 這兩晚係用Hotels.com™ Rewards叫做補貼到房費, 所以都叫住抵

酒店非常不错，格林瓦尔德最好的地段，服务员的态度也是极好，尤其是早餐非常丰盛。窗外的景色就是一番童话世界，雪山木屋草地蓝天白云。。。。。瑞士所有能想象到的美景都在这里看到。绝对推荐

Staff very nice, location a little bit far
Staff was nice, my friends get injury and swollen the ankle very helpful show the way to the clinic, and the hotel guesture should more clear to inform when during check in, coz we read the guest book find have a free shuttle from and to hotel and rail station also the mini bar too! Overall staying is good and staff was friendly

From the moment we stepped foot into this hotel we felt unwelcome. The staff were so rude and unhelpful, it was as if they were being held at gun point to work there! You would think with the prices they charge, they can atleast help with ours bags, but this wasn’t done either! The rooms had no kettles or tea provided (only cheap coffee pods) when asked if we can borrow a kettle they responded we need to pay $60 Franks to borrow one! We had an emergency come up and had to check out a day earlier - I paid extra for a flexible room I.e to not pay any cancellation fees etc however, they still charged me for the night I was wasn’t there and all they responded with was “can’t help read T&Cs” and rolled their eyes. Breakfast was standard, until I saw on the second day that one of the waitresses was putting someone’s plate of eggs back into the scrambled eggs pot!! I felt sick after seeing this. Hotel was packed and so loud. We went to their restaurant for dinner on our first night and it was by far the most disgusting and overpriced meal I had during my month in Europe. Overall our stay in Grindelwald to was horrible. Would not recommend, go to a smaller boutique in the area and support them!

Loved our stay here. Hotel had amazing views, an excellent breakfast and a very nice bar. Things in town closed early during shoulder season so we did like that the hotel had a place to hang out at night. There were large tour groups staying that could have impacted breakfast but the staff made it work and found extra seating when necessary. Spa and sauna needed a bit more instructions but was a nice option.

This place is amazing. Beautiful location. Stunning scenery. Quick walk from Grindelwald station. Right across from Grindelwald First Cable Car. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. Great amenities. Make sure you have a drink at the bar. Bartender Diogo will look after you. Great service and the best banter. Very welcoming and friendly and an asset to the hotel.

Extremely poor service and management. Do not stay. 절대로 오지 마세요. The reception agent LIED and said our shuttle was "on the way" when it wasnt. My tired parents had to walk from station Our friends room was also not cleaned up when they checked in. When confronted, manager Mary-Ann offered us drink coupons. Laughable. Go stay at other neighbor hotels with same view.
