「The check-in staff was amazing, but the restaurant staff was slow, disinterested and sloppy. The hotel is run down but could be amazing with a little effort. Pool was beautiful, but area around the pool was run down, and dirty. We loved the relaxing areas and view. Room was lovely and very clean with great linnens, but our TV did not work, no balcony chairs and cups for coffee maker would not fit. Overall, we will come back, but plan on eating elsewhere which is not convenient. I hope...
