The property is located adjacent to Ammoudi Bay restaurant so we told our taxi driver to drop us off at the restaurant so it wasn’t hard to find the condos. Johnny was very helpful and made our stay comfortable. Going to the main market was a little challenge as we had to climb up 200 steps to get there but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Wish we could go back!
Clean and spacious 2 bedroom villa with a great view on the patio with hot tub. Johnny was very helpful arranging drivers & ATVs for us. We loved staying in Ammoudi, it is beautiful, peaceful and very nice to get away from the crowds in Oia, but some may not like having to walk/ATV up to Oia

We spent really nice holidays in Amoudi villas. The view from our balcony was wonderful. The host was welcoming and friendly with us. We had also nice homemade breakfast every morning! I recommend this place at 100%!

Best stay of Greek vacation
The property is amazing. The view, accommodations and service are unbeatable! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Arsen, the host was wonderful. He set up a sunset cruise, winery tour, transportation, he even helped carry my very heavy suitcase. He was on point with making sure we knew the best options for meals as well. The location on the bay was great. The breakfast spread was beautiful and plentiful. I will definitely be back and hope Amoudi Villas is available when I do. We stayed in Athens, Mykonos, Naxos and ended here.

Amazing Villa, amazing Location
Extremely clean, view of the sea, help with luggage, easy check-in, staff was extremely helpful with everything. Wonderful breakfast included on the patio overlooking the sea. Picture perfect.

Best location with a wonderful staff.
From the time we checked in till the time we checked out, we felt like we were the only ones there. It was fully booked, but they paid close attention to making sure we were well cared for and helped us with taxis, restaurants, reservations, etc. it’s was beautiful and you can’t beat the beauty of the surroundings! I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Thank you for all your kind and warm hospitality. We will definitely return!

Bed bugs in my room.
The place was, really nice with an amazing view. The young lad that works there is really awesome and will do alot to make your stay memorable. However, when I got in the room had just been cleaned but the floors still musty and started panicking as that is the first sign of bed bugs. On the first night I kept the lights on just in case and the second night I felt uneasy but I needed to sleep so I turned them off and got bit along my legs. The place nice but they need to change the mattress and clean better.

Chambre décorée avec goût et une vue magnifique !
Notre suite honeymoon était superbe. Nous sommes arrivés en avance et nos bagages ont gentiment été pris en charge avant de pouvoir bénéficier de la chambre. L'hôte nous a d'emblée expliqué les visites à faire à Santorin en nous servant un verre de jus de fruit. Il était toujours disponible et discret. Le petit-déjeuner local était très bon. Les plus :l'eau chaude directe (pas besoin d'actionner le chauffe eau 20 minutes avant comme c'est le cas pour beaucoup d'hébergements en Grèce), la vue, la disponibilité du concierge, les produits de toilette complets et de qualité (même une brosse à dents et un dentifrice), la cave à vin électrique, le bon petit déjeuner Les moins : les serviettes humides à l'arrivée, l'odeur de poisson grillé permanente sur la terrasse due aux trois restaurants du bas, pas de verres à vin, certaines fonctions du jacuzzi ne marchaient pas (bulles et jets) , l'accessibilité difficile à pied (ça fait le sport pour la journée !) Avis général :parmi les 3 établissements dont nous avons bénéficié durant notre séjour, c'était le plus charmant et offrant les meilleurs services pour un prix abordable à Oia. C'est dommage qu'il soit pénible de rejoindre la ville en haut de la falaise à pied, c'est pour cela que nous n'avions réservé qu'une seule nuit. Mais en louant un véhicule, ce problème est résolu.

Stay in the honeymoon suite
We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was a great hotel room. The view was spectacular from the front balcony. It takes steep steps to get to the top of it and tough to do with suitcases. The host was very welcoming and the breakfast was really good. The only thing to consider is that the location of the hotel is at the furthest point in Oia, so getting there without transportation is difficult. Other than that, I would recommend this place to couples interested in staying at a quieter place.

Une pépite!
Amoudi Villas est l'endroit parfait pour profiter de Santorin: à deux pas de Oia (très chère et envahie de touristes) et dans un ravissant port de pêche à l'écart de la foule. La vue est splendide, les restaurants sont authentiques et Mark est au petits soins pour les clients. Nous retournerions dans cet hôtel sans hésiter et le recommandons chaudement.la vue

Appartement magnifique dans la baie d’Amoudi. Très agréable de se réveiller avec le bruit des vagues et un très bon petit déjeuner avec vue sur la mer! Belle chambre propre et confortable. Accueil au top et irréprochable! Il faut juste un peu de courage pour monter les 250 marches pour rejoindre la ville d’Oia, mais ça vaut le coup!!

Essence of Tranquility in Santorini
5-star view of the water, sailing boats and sunset. Amoudi is where everyone goes to watch the sunset, but it can be hard to get to, with a windy road down, or from Oia's center, via nearly 300 steps. Tranquil, with fish restaurants nearby, and simply cannot beat the view and customer service from hotel staff. The charismatic manager offered to take guests to the center during the day, and told us about all tour options and activities on the island. Felt like royalty, and everything in the room is modern and white.

Amazing Amoudi
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Amoudi Villas and it was perfect for us. We liked the detachment from Oia Centre yet it was just around the corner. Amoudi Villas offered amazing service throughout our stay - transfer, guidance, cleaning - thank you!

Beautiful view but very basic
Lazaros was very helpful in picking us up in Oia center and driving us to the hotel free of charge. The hotel has a beautiful view of the sunset and the ocean and there are many good seafood restaurants. The hotel itself was old, outdated and not that clean. There were many ants. No beach towels or shampoo or drinking water was included. The hotel is not conveniently located to main center of Oia, you have to climb 230 steps to get there

L'appartamento è' un po' umido e con odore di chiuso. E'situato dopra una serie di ristoranti e dalle 10:30 a mezzanotte non è' possibile stare in terrazza o tenere le finestre aperte causa costante presenza di odore di pesce cucinato e fumo. La piscinetta mostrata in foto non era presente. Chiesto rimborso direttamente alla struttura ma con edito negativo

Sitio muy bonito pero algo alejado de Oia
El hotel esta situado en Amoudi, que es el puerto de Oia. Es un sitio muy bonito, con sitios para bañarse e ideal para ver la puesta de sol. Se hecha en falta un cafe cerca ya que en el puerto solo hay restaurantes y para subir a Oia hay unas escaleras de 200 peldaños. El wifi no funciona muy bien.
