「Everything is quite ok. Only free wifi provided is having very narrow bandwidth (relatively slow). Also, the mattress and pillows are too soft. Other than the above, very good service as they allow us to have early check in at 12pm without additional charges.」

「1) We have several occasions to book hotel rooms through the hotel.com web page. We have the experience that the quality of hotel rooms are lower if we book rooms through hotel.com. For example, the hotel room booked through hotel.com are normally (i) in lower floor level; (ii) the room normally facing street / car park, which is more noisy; (iii) locality of room is remote from the lift, which we have to walk a long distance to the room. This is the first time that gave us such impression...

「I didn't like that there was an opening in between the glass door and window so the cold breeze was coming in and the noise pollution was pretty loud. Other than that it was great. Although i would have liked some choices of chocolate/ snacks/ drinks in the fridge that would be cool. Thankyou for the lovely stay 」

「The only thing I can complain about us the lack of parking in the facility. I was told I would need to pre book parking as they have limited parking so had to park on the street. 2hr parking during the day so have to move the car every 2 hours. Untimed street parking after 5pm. A message when making a booking saying parking needs to be booked would have been a good thing.」
