「We didn’t even get to stay in the hotel waited 30minutes outside for them to tell us the people before damaged the property so we could not stay so they left a 18year old and 17 year old with no where to stay 3hours away from home so not the best visit if I say so myself and will not be going back 」

「From the moment we booked we could tell this apartment was something special. My children couldn't wait to visit and explore all the tech in the apartment and they absolutely loved it! It was clean, comfortable and in the most perfect location. We couldn't recommend this apartment enkught and would love to come back. 」

「Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . . The inconvenience of having to find alternative place to stay and still waiting for a refund .sorry not acceptable 」

「Not fit for family with small children, rooms were smelly possibly were not used/ lack of ventilation. We stayed in the loft room and sleep was disturbed as it was raining and there were plenty of noise of drops on loft windows. Also, noise from main road. 」

「The owner had mislaid my booking, and then the room was already occupied by someone else. Waited for an hour outside the property with minimal responses. Had to give up and find somewhere else instead.」
