I booked a two queen accessible room with a roll in shower. When we checked in, we were told there were no more of those rooms left that the person who had been in charge earlier, had changed our room to a single queen. I asked if it had a roll in shower I was told yes, but it did not. I am a paraplegic and required a room that my wheelchair could get through. It was not accessible for me to wheel in front of the bed or down the side of the bed. My wheelchair is small, considered child size. So when I say I couldn’t get around, I should have been able to if it was fully accessible. The lady at the desk said she couldn’t do anything for us about the room or about the charge. We were stuck. Myself, my husband & son, both very tall & in need of a good nights rest.
We lost a family member unexpectedly and are traveling Vegas to Wyoming so we were very upset not to be able to be in the room we selected.
