Check in was easy. Front desk staff was very professional and accommodating, though I had to ask all the questions before getting any answers (breakfast info and times, pool hours, wifi info, how to get to the room, where to park...), I would think it would be an automatic spiel by the front desk, but I guess not.
After checking in, access to the back entrance from the parking was easy. We were assigned a third floor room, elevator was right by the rear access entrance, the elevator was a little bit squeaky, which made us a little uncomfortable.
At last we get to the room, which was clean, microwave and coffee maker available. Wifi was easy to access. The only comment is the slow draining shower area, and it took a long time to get the water hot.
Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs which was a bit watery and bland, traditional breakfast sausage, which was ok. They had diy waffles, pancakes, different bread with toaster, apples and oranges, yogurt and cereal fountain juices.
Overall, it was a "you get what you pay for" hotel.
