「The staff is amazing」

「We stayed at Radisson Hotel for a week in April after my husbands' surgery. The hotel is frequented by patients so they were happy to accommodate ice packs, breakfast in the room etc. which was nice. It is perfectly located- few mins from the airport, loads of dining options, supermarkets, cafes on the doorstep. We received an email few days prior to our arrival with an offer of free early check in. We accepted and the hotel confirmed availability- only for us to be told it is not possible...

「一切都很好...就是溫度的問題。酒店早餐好、位置好、房間整潔度和空間感也好。只是房間的冷氣是壞的，我熱到出汗和完全睡不著... 一個令人無法入睡的酒店...我接受不了」

「Staff are helpful. Clean smart apartments. It’s keyless so you need to ring a certain number each time to get in (automated system). McDonald’s is literally next to it and then shopping mall and grocery shops in walking distance. Overall quite happy 」

「Helpful staff gave the suitable information to us. No waterpot, cups and teabags was provided in the room. We borrowed them from the reception. Something in the room should be cleaned more. A nice and classic hotel is situated in the central place. It is easy to go the old town.」

「The location is good. It just takes you 5 mins walking to the restaurants nearby and it is also easy to take a bus to the Kaunas bus station. Though the street nearby is a little bit messy as it is under construction. The room is clean. It is fair enough to add 3.5 eur for a simple breakfast. 」

「Great location, near town hall, just a little bit far away from train station. Excellent hotel facility if compare with the price. Anyway, I will stay in this hotel is I visit Kaunas again.」

「入住自動化滿方便，只是入口不是太明顯。從公車總站到住宿有點距離，拖行李有點辛苦且無電梯。 房間乾淨且家具齊全有洗衣機，窗外可見到河還滿漂亮。離景點有點距離，但步行可到，約二十多分鐘。」

「my room is at 2nd floor, you can smell someone smoking there, the wall is weak at sound proof, you can hear people speaking and even coughing at the room next to you, it is very noisy, they speak very loud , it was 11:30pm and then, i can smell the other guest smoking,and the smoke get into my room, i cannot sleep , i asked the staff to change my room at 12:00 mid night, then she arranged another twin bed room at 3rd floor, then problem solved.」

「Hotel had excellent location next to the Kaunas Castle and walk arounds. Also Old town was just around the corner. The hotel itself was OK, it had seen the best days. Clean enough but the ventilation of the room didn't work at all. Dogs were welcome. Parking lot is not very big.」
