As most hotels with a restaurant on-site there is no complimentary breakfast included.

I'm sorry but we do not advertise a complimentary breakfast. You booked through Hotels.com which is a third party, if they advertised as such that is incorrect on their site. They are suppose to mirror of website, unfortunately that is not always the case.

Our apologies for the spa being down earlier this week. Unfortunately, there were some broken tiles maintenance discovered and had to shut it down to repair it right away as it was a safety concern. If ever there is ever any issues such as problems with a door, please contact the desk right away, as we always want to rectify any issue possible.
