This is a kids friendly hotel in Penang! Both of my 1.5 and 5 years old sons enjoyed their happy moment in the pool and the Cool Zone Kids Club. My 5 years old boy joined the free-of-charged fun activities from 10am till 2pm with free lunch provided. He enjoyed hotel tour with a group of 5 Japanese kids, pick the leaves from the garden and make some art-work, play games, select their own dishes at hotel cafe. Strongly suggest parents to let their lovely kids to join this activity! You will never regret! I came to celebrate my wedding anniversary & birthday. The arrangement for a cake / chocolate to be delivered to our room are much appreciated The food selection for breakfast was satisfactory. Suggest that the hotel can arrange a scaled-to-height children's buffet section or children's step stool, so the child can take their own food on kids corner. My son enjoyed it in Johor Hotel Jen and some hotels in Japan too.

第一間住房書桌上很多螞蟻,洗手間連放洗手肥皂的碟都沒有,我定房是要求是兩張單人床,到取房時是一張雙人床,而且我連住三天,給予我最低層又黑又暗嘅房間,向前台反應,投訴,沒人理會。第二日終於換了房間,但第二天早上竟然發現床上有蜘蛛在爬行。以一間世界名牌4星酒店來說,他們的服務,簡直讓人超失望。

酒店職員有礼貌,整体酒店環境寬大及舒適。兩張床舖很舒服。設備整全。但341号房陳舊,厠所臭味,入房门已嗅到,厠板疏螺絲没上好,牆上掛畫,全是霉麈点,冷氣也不夠,所以房内有股味。不像Shangri-la質素。

非常舒服的渡假酒店
辦理入住手續的時候會送上果汁,很令人高興。設有孕婦車位,照顧孕媽媽,非常貼心。早餐環境很棒,但餐點種類不是很多,味道還可以。行政樓層房間挺舒服,露台正對海景,景色優美,非常贊,但房間裏有螞蟻,走廊的餐碟很久沒有人收起可能是原因。沙灘上的砂石比較幼細,很舒服。酒店裡的各種節目可以讓人舒服地度過一整天,小孩子玩到不肯走。

酒店外便是沙灘,喜顴游海泳較方便。
整體來講,酒店的位置非常好,在安靜舒適中帶有點熱鬧,酒店外便有一條很表的夜市街,購物、酒吧、食市都有。是物有值得。
