完全不值四星
這是我住過最差的酒店,有的三星酒店比它還好,地點不方便,服務員不太懂英語,roon servic找了3個不同人來下單才聽得懂,房間大小適中,但設備和家具非常舊,浴室內一般的用品都有供應,但怎麼可能沒有供應免費牙刷,我們要付費$2馬幣購買酒店的牙刷,真是不合理,這酒店給我的感覺非常差,以後都不會入住。

不會再到這酒店....
酒店十分殘舊...從入酒店大堂一刻感覺已經不太好...燈光十分陰暗.... 到房間後, 燈光依然十分陰暗....所有佈置都很殘舊...床都要換了吧....完全不符合4星酒店的評價... 牙刷是要另外附費...房內也沒有電風筒....一整個不舒服的晚上...跟圖片完全不相同啊...一整個失望.... 整個酒店都有一個奇怪的氣氛....周圍都十分陰暗及殘舊....整晚都睡不好...也有一些奇怪的事情發生了....不會再到這酒店了....

We had something unhappy during our stay. The major reason is Penang is not safe at all, many crime happens there. But finally, we still got satisfied respone from the hotel manager. The hotel is acceptable to stay but it does not wealth a four star. For example, they do provide teeth brush. p.s. the breakfast is quite good

回復80年代的感覺。 但整體可以。門前對面有一間KFC及一個街頭檔口。右邊食巿冇開,冇選擇!冇便利店,但連接酒店側商場,有一超市!機場的士去酒店,40 多馬幤,需分區買票。酒店往機場收50馬幣。

酒店虽然老了一点,不过就住宿和地理位置都很不错,性价比很高,住的高层,风景更好

位置比较方便,比较旧
酒店位置很好,旁边就有一个购物中心,不远处有公交站,附近还有很多吃东西的地方。从建筑上可以看出应该曾经是当地不错的酒店,但是酒店比较老,很多地方近期没有重新装修,所以显得比较破旧。这个价格、这个地点应该基本还算OK吧!

位于乔治镇的高性价比酒店
酒店环境不错,1floor还有卡拉OK,适合喜欢唱歌的客人,早餐品种不是很丰富,也许是合胃口的东西不多,总体来说还是对的起这个价格的!

比较普通,因为到了较晚就随意找的,很一般的,也没什么不好。位置可以,门口有专门出租,有中文司机很客气,包车玩每小时马币约35到40元

Not a recommended hotel
The hotel is old but tidy, a fair distance from Georgetown. The "deluxe room" is no different, or maybe even worse than ordinary standard room in other newer hotels.

good comfortable and friendly
An enjoyable stay. The reception staff are very helpful and I feel I must also make a positive mention of the housekeeping. the breakfast had a good spread and the hotel is handy for lots of eating places. The hotel evening buffet is very good value.

Veloittavat ylimääräisiä kuluja,huoneluokka väärin ja kun huone vaihdettiin oikeaan luokkaan,saatiin tilalle todella paljon vanhempi ja kulahtaneempi huone. Huonesiivous piti joka kerta soittaa erikseen paikalle kun ei neljään mennessä iltapäivällä oltu käyty yhtenäkään päivänä. Ei käsipyyhkeitä,jotka luulisi olevan automaattisesti jopa yhden tähden hotellissa.

short overnight stay.
Lagila lounge was advertised with special drink promotion and we were looking forward to have a drnk and relax. At 1130pm it was apparently closed and there were no staff there. Place was dark and empty. No wonder the hotel cannot generate revenue! When it was the Sheraton, it was lively and it had atmosphere and vibrancy. The room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel is very calm and quiet.

Disappointed believeIng this is a 4 star hotel, but this hotel will qualify for 2 stars Or less due to the toilet and bathroom conditions. We have booked 2 rooms but have to change rooms due to the cleanness of the bedsheets in both rooms. Although we were given connecting room in a different floors toilets and bathrooms in all rooms are very bad due to its age. The room we stayed for remaining 4 nights has cracked vanity top, water leaking on the floor through the cracks I believe management is well aware of the conditions of the rooms, and ignoring. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless the major renovation is done. I do have pictures and videos of the rooms. We wasted over 2,500 RM for 2 rooms. Keep the cool and to enjoy our 5 days holiday in Penang we decided to continue to stay here. Keep away from this hotel!!

Excellent hôtel ! Seuls petits bémols : la piscine était un grand jacuzzi, oû des enfants se baignant tout habillés (religion oblige) occupaient les lieux en permanence. L'hôtel était un peu excentré, mais je l'avais choisi pour sa piscine, sans pouvoir en profiter. Un immense food court et un centre commercial tout près.

OK, men ...
Ett stort hotell med tydlig inriktning på lokala resenärer. Vi var i stort sett de enda europeiska gästerna. Frukosten var därefter - första hotellet som inte ens har ost på frukostbuffén! Rummet ok men varför jättetjocka madrasser när det känns som att ligga på en planka? Sängarna i Sydostasien är visserligen oftast hårda men dessa tar priset.

Likes: The location was good as it was close to many eateries and tourist sites. The hotel's dinner buffet was very good but the lunch buffet was disappointing. The pool area was quite good. Reception & dining staff were pleasant. Dislikes: The whole hotel needs major refurbishing. Bathroom tiles were full of mold, bath tub chipped in many places. Only 1 hand towel was provided when we asked for 2, it was taken away the next day and not replaced. Cleaning staff need more training. Sink in bathroom badly situated therefore water leaked onto floor which made it slippery and dangerous. We asked for it to be fixed twice but was never resolved. The cleaning staff instead put a floor towel to cover up the puddles. Bed was hard and pillows harder. Towels were paper thin.

Very poor maintenance, especially the bathroom. Shower curtain dirty, walls need fresh coats of paint, bathroom tiles need to be cleaned, esp in between the tiles; black stains. Tap head to change water flow from shower to bathtub & vice versa not working. Room carpets don't appear clean & room feels gloomy. Overall room was depressing!
