「Not suitable for stay.」

「I'm not a Hyatt fan but it was a great stay at this hotel. Everything was nearby or within a quick drive. Their valet parking cost is ridiculous but there are 24-hour lots next to the hotel for much cheaper.」

「1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. 」

「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」

「Overall it is a good place. The parking without valet was also convenient, and it is easy to access most of the places downtown. However they would be more through during room service, and be a little more responsive to the gym maintenance」

「Loved staying here. Awesome staff. The room was clean and comfortable. They also offer late check out. The shuttle service was easy to use however I recommend getting the drivers number because its hard to get someone on the phone to send shuttle back to get you-- we had to find a ride back from where we got dropped off. Will stay here again pretty easy drive from a lot of surrounding attractions. 」

「Stayed for 2 nights. Spacious Room, king bed, large bathroom, walk-in shower. Complementary Dove toiletries Inc shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Hairdryer. Large chest of Drawers, work desk, 4 comfy pillows, reclining chair, 4 lamps, the bedside ones have convenient USB plugs built in. Wardrobe with hangers, iron & board. 「Valet parking was a bit expensive but the convenience of being able to come and go was nice as all the surrounding parking was expensive as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms. 」

「We loved our room at the Hyatt house! We only stayed one night, but I would highly recommend to families. Small kitchenette, couch etc. I wish the restaurant choices were a little better, we didn’t have a car. With a car there are lots of choices. Breakfast was lovely.」
