I booked this property some time ago. Passing thru to my final destination and chose it because of the great reviews. The pool and hot tub are closed because they can’t keep them heated. There is major renovation going on so at checkin we were informed that we may want to reconsider the 3rd floor because the roofers start early tomorrow morning. The room we are in has holes in the wall because all pictures have been removed. The parking lot is in disrepair with large pot holes going in or out either way. And, in the near future it will become a Holiday Inn Express! We should have been informed at booking (or after) that this was going on so we could have made other plans for a more suitable property. We drove eight hours today, and have another seven tomorrow. This is not a property where we can get a good nights rest! On the plus side, even though pictures are missing and holes are in the wall where they were; even though the carpeting is patched and buckled; the bedding is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is clean too. Daniella at the front desk was helpful, professional, and pleasant. I am hoping that Wyndham will see this review and compensate us for this terrible experience in one of their properties!

The conditions makes me wonder why Expedia carries this property, and we will reconsider future stays with that in mind. Pool is closed and has been a long while (per staff). That was a primary reason for us to stay there. Many broken things; the staff reports the owner won't fix til the future remodel (of unknown date) is done. Rooms are ample sized, but our heater and A/C did not work. And no maintenance man came in to check or fix as requested; (we saw about 15 other unrepaired entries on the list from our date from other guests). About 15 small holes in our wall where pictures/mirror had been removed and not replaced. Lots of scrapes on furniture and damaged paint areas on walls and shower, (which was painted over white. "Breakfast" pretty basic, but no decaf coffee or tea, which we have never experienced in any stay anywhere. 1 bar of soap in the bath to move between sink and shower. (Shower had good pressure/flow). Hall carpet stained and should be replaced. Hall lights are buzzing with old time ballasts. No room service even though requested. Dirty, unattractive entry door area. Ice cream melted in room frig from previous guest and frozen and left there.

The room looked outdated. The hot tub that was advertised did not work. The refrigerator in our room did not work. We were given two other rooms when we asked for a working refrigerator. Both of those rooms were completely missing the refrigerators. The staff was not helpful in taking care of this. We left and booked another hotel.

I would consider this an okay $100 hotel. Our room had peeling paint around the window and A/C unit and the bathroom floor corners had some crud in them that could stand to be removed. Otherwise no complaints.

Chose this location for the pool and the hot tube and when we got her the pool was under maintenance. The hotel is very dated and the room had holes everywhere. We would have definitely chose a more cheaper place especially since we weren’t getting the pool and hot tub.

Hugely overpriced I brought two dogs as it was pet friendly I booked and paid by Expedia When I arrived they told me they were sold out Anyhow they finally found a room at the very far end of the corridor I’d driven 500 miles and was exhausted No help with luggage as I struggled to get to the room I asked for water but they didn’t have any. How can you run a hotel without even water for guests?? I then discovered no coffee machines in the rooms. They seemed shocked I would even expect one. Very mediocre place and I paid over $190 to stay one night I would not stay there or in this group of hotels ever again

Parking lot was full of trash. The room i booked, had no remote for the tv, the hot tub was out of service and tge covers for the hot tub plumbing was laying on my floor when i entered my room. Out of 5 lights in my room, only 2 worked. The shower had a hose fir a spray shower heaf that was broken and someone put a plastic bag on it to keep it from spraying all over the bathroom, rather than replace it properly. The hotel needs a very serious maintenence team to fix the place. The girl on duty had a bad attitude when i asked for a tv remote for my room, because there was not one in my room.

We had 2 queen beds and the top sheet on one bed had a couple soda stains on it. My sister and I thought it was clean, just when she pulled the bedding back here were these 3-4 big stains. The brown foot runner on my bed had white stains on it. There were also food stains on the floor which needed a good shampoo.

We had read bad reviews after it was too late to cancel and were concerned. The hotel was almost empty and the staff who checked us in very accommodating about us checking the room out to make sure it was acceptable. We just stayed one night during a long driving trip.

The room was clean but holes in walls no water cups took 45 minutes to check in and there was no one checking in front of me. This is a 60 dollar room at best. I paid over a 100 for a nice room this is not it.

We picked this room for the Jetted tub and it didn't work. Then was told they would fix it in the morning but In the morning was told there was no one to fix it and the reason the jetted tubs were turned off was because the jets weren't working. So they knew it didn't work when I checked in. Carpeting needs cleaned badly. 4 lightbulbs are out in the lamps one didn't even have a bulb and table was sticky with goo.

Cheap but still a decent hotel! Sam was super helpful when the people who rented a room beside us were smoking in their room. Really diffused the situation and topped the awful smell from getting into our room any more than it was. Pool was broke which is a bummer as we picked this hotel and planned on using it.

not worth the money
the refrigerator in our room did not work. the shower was cold water only and i take very hot showers. the towels were so tiny. i could barely use them for my hair let alone my body. and lastly the bed was rock hard. definitely not worth the money. i do not believe i will stay there again.

Everything is basically broken
Office chair all peeled, jacuzzi in room doesn’t even work, the pool was closed due to construction, the remote to the TV doesn’t work, I’ve machine out of order and the door by the Verizon store doesn’t work and won’t accept keys.

Elevator ligth was out, we had to use our cellphone flashlight, the hottub jets were out not working at all, I went and let kno the receptionists about it and her answer was se have no maintenance at this moment, I asked for a refund and she told me she will have to talk to her manager next day, so next morning we left and didn't asked to speak to the manager I was very disappointed, I like to stay there but their building always have a different issues

The knob on the heater wouldn’t work so we were cold all night long. The bathroom was so dark. It’s hard to see what you’re doing in there. And the shower was a hospital shower.

Stay away!
We chose this hotel to stay in for our trip because it had a pool for our kiddos. When we got to the hotel we found out that the pool was closed due to maintenance. We went ahead and checked in anyway. When we got to our room there was a giant hole in the carpet and white stains all over the floor. The carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned at all. The beds sagged in the middle and weren’t comfortable at all. There were spots of mold all over the bathroom walls. Definitely would not recommend staying here. We would’ve left but we had already brought everything in and it was getting late for our kids.

Very little amenities even though they are still advertised on booking agencies. Ice machine is "out of order" on the 1st floor. Shower water didn't get warm the first 2 nights i was there. The printer in the lobby for guests is "out of toner," so you can't print. I guess nobody thought the buy more toner. The pool is "closed until further notice." No coffee makers in the rooms "since COVID." The sign on my room door said I could ask the front desk for one, so I did but they "don't have them anymore, since COVID" I don't think they do housekeeping "since COVID." Carpets are super dirty in the rooms. I tried to buy flip flops to wear in the shower at walmart across the street, but they didn't have any. No weights in the fitness"weight room." Holes in the walls. I had to check the bed every night to make sure there weren't any bed bugs. I made sure to wash everything thoroughly once I got home to be sure. The only hot breakfast is Biscuits and gravy everyday, no eggs or anything. I asked for extra toilet paper during my 6 day stay because my room only had less than half of a (already used) roll from the previous guests, and the staff was not able to find toilet paper or a "do not disturb" sign. They said they would "leave it by my door" once they found some. Overall, I will never stay here again if I have to travel back to Garden City for work. Luckily I work 12 hour shifts and just needed a place to sleep. I used "" to share what the staff actually said to me when I inquired.
