location is good but..
Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom.

The pool was very dirty when we arrived. It was very busy. The pool bottom was slippy with grease and there was things floating on the top of the water. I didn’t want to go in for fear of becoming ill.

They do not offer a 5 star service or facility. Only half of the complex is new but the rest the regular comfort rooms are in the old building which is under remodelation. I had to stand hammering noise and thumping until the last night of the stay we were moved to another room but only because Expedia advocated for it. The first night I complained I was not even offered to be moved even though they were men outside ny window eith latters and tools climbing up and down for construction work. Horrible experience

何処へ行くにも何をするにもタクシーの選択しかない ドライヤーの調子が悪く3秒くらいで切れてしまい仕方なく夜は使わずに朝もう一度使うと次はオフにならずどこをどうしてもオフにならずフロントに2回直ぐに見に来るように依頼するも英語が通じず直接出向いて説明した 四つ星?ホテルなのに英語が通じないってどーいうこと? 外出から帰って確認するとドライヤーはそのままだったので直ったのかと思いオンにすると振動で半分にパカッと割れ急いでフロントに電話した やっぱり英語が分からないと言われまたまたフロントまで出向きマネジャーに来るように伝えた その間、火が吹かないかと気が気でなかった 結局、ドライヤーは交換して事なきを得たが対応が全くなってない 設備も古く廊下はセンサーで電気がつくが端の方の部屋は真ん中くらいにならないとつかない 暗い廊下に冷房の無い廊下 外を見ると錆だらけの室外機 中を覆う箱も欠落していていつかショートすると思う 設備もスタッフもなってない WiFiも繋がらない 絶対おすすめしません

I was given a room with no working AC and it was over 90f temps and had a completely sleepless night and they finally moved us to another room the following night after a lot of hesitation and repeated follow ups. I would stay away from this place!

The resort was well laid out with all of the facilities you would normally expect (pool, spa, etc.). The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Their ability in English was somewhat limited, but no major problems were encountered. Meals were exceptional with a wide variety of choices. They have an onsite tourist office that made booking transport to/from airport, visits to local attractions (the falls are a must), very easy and efficient. The only downside was the amount of construction taking place just outside the resort area (widening of highway) which was out of their control. Although this slowed down getting in / out of the resort, there was no noise issue once you arrived. Overall, I highly recommend the Eco Cataratas Resort for long / short-term stays.

Hotel muito bom, quartos reformados e piscina excelente, panorâmica!! Somente o atendimento do bar da piscina foi péssimo, funcionário mal educado e pouco prestativo (após servir um pedido errado, fez cara feia quando perguntei do pedido certo).

Very conveniently located to get to Iguacu falls. Hotel was great for our family and having two swimming pools was really nice. Lots of activities for the kids. The main swimming pool is very nice, but can be loud and busy so it was nice to go to the smaller, quieter pool at times.

Ótima hospedagem
Nós já estivemos hospedados nesse hotel várias vezes e sempre fomos muito bem tratados, especialmente pelas funcionárias Irene e Renata do restaurante que são uma das razões de sempre voltarmos a nos hospedar nesse hotel. A única queixa que temos foi que dessa vez nos colocaram em um quarto no prédio novo com vista para telhados, apesar do nosso pedido de vista para a piscina, No mais foi tudo muito bem.

L'hôtel dans son ensemble est excellent. Accueil, infrastructures, la nourriture, les espaces communs et extérieur, piscine. Tout est top. Point négatif pour ma part: - Le personnel de piscine te tournant autour en permanence pour te faire consommer et à peine le menu en main te demande numéro de chambre et ce que tu veux commander. - La douche de la chambre que nous avons eu aurait bien besoin d'un gros nettoyage.

Estadia perfeita em foz! Fomos muito bem atendidos, eu e meu primo. O quarto era confortável, muito limpo. Adoramos o café da manhã, bem servido. Recomendo demais o lugar! Piscinas bonitas, arborizado, tinha jacuzzi, atendimento de bar perto da piscina. Curti demais! E fica perto de todos os lugares turísticos de foz.

Apartamento com sacada sem qualquer cadeira nela ou mesmo no quarto; cheiro de cigarro vindo de outros apartamentos; mal cheiro no banheiro por ausencia de exaustão de ar; travesseiros baixos e desconfortáveis; cafe da manhã apesar de várias opções deixa a desejar na qualidade e na falta de variedade diária.

空港や滝に近くて便利です
空港や滝から近いので選びました。レセプション以外は全く英語は通じません。レストランはチェックインしてキーを見せないとランチても入れません。シャワーのお湯はたっぷり出ます。ベッドがとても高く、エキストラベッドはおちそうなくらい狭かったです。
