「it was really bad as there was no instruction for the late check in guests. for instance, they did not provide the password for the locker for the room key. they only provided a number to call but not every traveller has the sim card to call！they could do a lot better if they were considerate to stand at the viewpoint of the guests. and it is very difficult to reach on foot. and they do not provide hairdryer」

Heureusement nous avons pu déranger une heure plus tard un gardien qui nous a,donné la bonne clé et nous a accompagné 」

「Highly recommend for people who need to catch early flight! Staffs are very kind and friendly. If you have problems, they try to help you! Also the shuttle to airport is very convenient! The room was clean and comfortable! The only thing could be improved is I can hear people talking on the phone who live next to my room and also when people left and made some noise on the corridor.」

「到機場後，建議不要用走的到飯店，非常難走，google map的路線是錯誤的，你要在機場找飯店的對講機，請飯店來載你。另外飯店接駁車開始時間是凌晨五點，五點前妳需要去機場必需自己推行李走過去。另外此飯店於hotel. com上未公開接駁車時間，我寫信去問也都不回信，感受很差，故給差評。」
