We had an ok stay here at the Hilton in downtown Ft Wayne. One of the beds had clearly been laid in and we had no cups in our room. Glass or paper for coffee. It was also pretty noisy. We could hear every move above our room and lots of doors opening and closing in our hall until about 3am. Not at all what we were expecting for $300/night

People staying at property were extremely loud. No respect for those of us trying to sleep. The shower pressure wasn’t the best. Other than that bed was super comfy! And room was clean

The room was not kept up. There was peeling paint and random stains. There were random hallway stains and old drips. There was an odd odor in the hallway. The pool contained lots of floating particulate and the pool floor area was gritty. The staff did their jobs to expectation and were generally friendly.

The staff were fantastic! Helpful, kind, and professional. I really think Hilton should look at this location and be ashamed to have such a fantastic staff in such a run down location. The room was dirty with staining, the hallway was soaking wet with water from an apparent large leak, and overall the location just looks tired. Love the staff, didn’t like the property at all. Fix it.

The lobby and parking were nice, the bed was very comfortable, but our room felt like it hadn’t been updated in 30 years. The shower barely worked, the wallpaper was peeling, the chair upholstery was peeling and worn off. It’s a fine hotel but nowhere near the stars they’re saying it is.

The room was ok. The house keeping was not up to scatch. Coffee station was not cleaned. No stirrers replaced. Tried calling to request a receipt emailed. Took about 10 minutes to get where I wanted to go. Although I gave my email address on check out, I did not receive anything. I called and they said they would resend immediately. Still nothing. Very frustrating....

I was in Ft. Wayne in connection with an event at the Allen County Library. The Hilton is a short walk from the Library so it was a logical choice. Food was “OK” and reasonably priced. Internet reliable. Desk staff “meh”.

Lobby is nice and clean. The room itself was dirty. There was stuff splashed all over the walls, and lamps. There was built up dust all around the baseboards. The shower didn’t drain properly. I chose Hilton because it was recommended and convenient for the our reason for the visit. I was unhappy to find out the breakfast was not included. For a name like Hilton and the price I payedfor less than 24 hours, I guess it was expected. I am particularly to blame for not seeking further details when i saw the word "breakfast" in amenities. $30 for 1 adult and to kids. I should have went to Hampton Inn.

We expected a lot from this hotel because it is a Hilton and connected to a large convention center, but we were very disappointed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were the worst that we’ve ever had at a hotel. The shower was dirty with hair in it, and the bottle of body gel was completely empty. There were no soap bars provided, so shampoo was the only option for cleaning. It was overall a very disappointing experience and one of the worst night’s we’ve had a hotel.

Would recommend
Front desk staff was friendly and answered questions I had. Housekeeping checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. The in room dining service was perfect for my kids. The bar area was lovely and the bartender was friendly.

Room wasn't very clean. Trash left behind, soap from previous guest left in shower, shower head hose broken so leaked water, no remote for the tv. You'd think for the price it would have been a bit nicer. Won't let me upload any photos.
