The staff was as helpful as they could be considering what they are working with. This property is in need of a serious make over. It is old and shows its age. The check in process was very strange as the two people in front of us wanted different rooms due to cleanliness of their rooms. Our room was fine, but older and felt like there isn't much more they can do to clean it except a total remodel. We won't stay again. Strange experience.

Didnt like $150 deposit, patched together bathroom door, all the defects in bathtub, sound didnt work on TV and had to get entry key reset. Also, they didn’t make up bed or bring fresh towels during multi-nite stay.

Furniture filthy and falling apart, housekeeping didnt show up, headboard fell off wall during night, this was reported but no one ever came to fix. Breakfast was pitiful. Out of order signs all over the place.

Checking in was a a chore. Credit card on file didn’t go through multiple times. Space outside rooms had a terrible smell, rooms were clean but old and had a smell. After a few minutes had to leave. This place needs major upgrades

Great location. Staff needs training on customer service. When checking in there were 3 people behind the counter and no one said anything to me as they were busy talking to each other. Had to wait until they were done gossiping before someone actually spoke to me and asked if I was checking in. This is horrible!!! If they don't like working there they need to quit.

I should've checked on availability of an elevator versus stairs. There seemed to be several extended stay guests, some with dogs, which may have accounted for some of the noise. For the price, this was a clean property with friendly and helpful staff. It is nice that it is a pet friendly property.

While this is an outdated property, the room was very clean. Rates are reasonable. It's just off I-25 and the location is quiet. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is RUNDOWN - cracked chipped tubs, - needs a major overhaul. The smell - was too strong - not sure what they use but it was nauseating. No elevator to 2nd floor and older may not like hauling things upstairs.

This was by far the grossest place I’ve ever entertained. Don’t be fooled by the bright pictures and accommodations that appear to be bearable on the website. We checked in at 4:30 PM for a 3 night stay and checked out by 5:00 PM the same day. There was an unopened can of salmon in the windowsill of the room, Mardi Gras beads on the floor in the corner of the bathroom and who knows what else we would have found if we actually would have stayed. We were immediately blown away by the smell of cleaning chemicals that were so strong it made us question what in the world they were meant to cover up. There were also men wandering the parking lot and it did not make us feel safe at all. After spending about 20 minutes in the room we couldn’t take the smell anymore and just decided to checkout and attempt to recover any amount of money I paid. The front desk said we would have to get our refund from Expedia while Expedia claimed they had to get permission from the property manager to release the funds to me. Expedia tried calling the property for 72 hours with no luck (surprise surprise) and just gave up on my refund. This property should be removed from the site. They misrepresent themselves very badly. I didn’t expect a 5 star experience but you couldn’t pay me to spend one night in that dump.

Our first room was dirty. The carpet was badly stained and so was the chair. The next room they switched us to had dog food all over the floor and the hot tub in the room would not hold water. So our overall stay was not very good. We were trying to enjoy our 20th anniversary but it turned out to be not so enjoyable.

I booked a deluxe queen with a balcony. Got there and they gave me a ground level room. Asked for a second level gave me the smallest room with no phone or chain lock on door. Third room didn’t have a chain lock on main door, phone was melted, window didn’t have a lock on it so you could hear everything outside and still didn’t get my balcony room.

The staff is kind and understanding. Thank you for accommodating our requests and being flexible with changes last minute. True hospitality. Thank you so much. Only CON: was that we came there just for the hot tub jetted room. The water in the tub would not get hot. It was too late for maintenance they were gone for the day. The FD told me she has to ask management in what to do although we asked for a different room that could not be accommodated at this time which I wasn’t sure why as they had a VR room available. But we abliged and we waited to speak with management in the morning and the best they could do is give us a discount of $20 which was also very disappointing as I wish they would have allowed us to stay for another night at no charge since the entire reason we were there was for the hot tub and we did not get to use or enjoy at that first night but we still decided to agree to not only pay in full for the first night we were there but then only allow us very small discount for the following night which I did not agree that, that was a fair compensation for the situation but there is only so much one could do. Either way I guess it wasn’t the worst way a situation had been handled. Other than that as stated, everything else was wonderful per usuall.
