Staying here, you are literally in a Jungle. If you do not like the nature, it's noises and surprises, this resort is not for you. If you are okay with Howler Monkeys waking you up in the middle of the night, a few spiders or Geckos on your ceiling then you will be alright. This resort is absolutely gorgeous. Restaurant food was decent, smoothies were excellent. Only thing I disliked was the cost to taxi to Flores and back every time. 150 GTC each way, some taxi will try charge you 250 GTC. The resort offers a shuttle but that is 30USD for 2 people. Find a genuine driver. Don't bother with the ones at airport. Renting a car is worth it. Late checkout is 6pm ✅

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful hotel with a resort feel and especially nice for the price. Room was comfortable, grounds well kept, staff friendly, and food at the restaurant was good. They have some great places to relax with a book or watch a sunset, and this would be a good place to take a day trip to Tikal. Guests have the option of air conditioning or enjoying the open air. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back or try out some of the other affiliated properties.

We really enjoyed the scenery and location of the hotel. It was a bit isolated and about a 20 min drive from the Flores town. We did not mind at all. The location was peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are surrounded by a lake and nature. The staff was very attentive and kind. The pool was next to the lake and restaurant, where it made it easy to order. The prices for excursions might be higher at the hotel. We booked an excursion to the blue crater and found out that we paid twice as much than other people staying at other hotels near the town. Also, Room did not have a television. Other than that, the hotel is a top place to stay if Peten Guatemala. We loved our stay there!

Wunderbare Unterkunft etwas außerhalb gelegen an einer Lagune, superfreundliches Personal und extrem hilfsbereit. Alles entsprach den Beschreibungen oder wurde übertroffen - eine Unterkunft zum Relaxen und Genießen wie Ausgangspunkt zu Touren. Die Taxifahrt nach Flores ist das Geld wert, dafür Ruhe und Natur statt enge Gassen.

Good hotel to stay and go on day excursions around the area. The pool is nice, breakfast is good. We even got a chance to ser a crocodile swim by. My kids were happy with this hotel and so were we.

The most wonderful hotel. Can't wait to come back. It is so beautiful, it fills your heart. We were visited right beside our table by a family of 6 wild monkeys. Also many different birds. Deer, tappir and many other animals walked past us. Wow. The rooms were super nice and the food is great.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit eigener Lagune und eigenem Naturschutzgebiet. 15 km Wanderwege und Biketrail gehören dazu. Unglaublich viele Tiere, vor allem Vögel gibt es zu sehen. Ein Ort der absoluten Entspannung. Mit einem sehr guten Restaurant. Die Bungalows sind sehr schön gemacht. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich komme gerne wieder hierher

No me gusto nada porque ni siquiera pudimos usar la habitación. Solo se hizo el check in y al salir por un paseo cerca nos cerraron el camino con ramas y se desatendieron del teléfono al momento de pedir ayuda para ingresar de nuevo

Realmente lamentamos en inconveniente sucedido. Tomaremos en cuenta la mejora en comunicación para poder asistir de forma oportuna. Lo sucedido coincidió con fallas en la red de telefonía debido a condiciones del clima y líneas caídas. Nuestras sinceras disculpas por la mala experiencia.

The outside atmosphere was excellent. But the room was sub-par at best. Need to pay more attention to cleanliness. Beds were very firm.
