Nice room service and sufficient room area especially with an excellent bathroom. The heat pad should be examined and fixed because the performance of heat generator may not sufficient during winter season.

The hotel may be a little bit old but comfortable. The location is very close to the train station and Central Market, very convenient for us travelling in Florence for the first time. All staffs are friendly to us.

Close to the train station, good reception
A Hotel close to the train station, good location for big luggage. The reception is pretty nice. Not much utility in the room but ask for it, they can full fill most of the need. Wifi is low and difficlt to use in the room.

room is clean but the bathroom is very and very small!I think this cannot meet the requirement of three stars standard hotel.Breakfast is good. the hotel is vary close to Floreence SMN station and only a distance of 5 minutes walk.

很溫暖的住處
我們住在4樓電梯旁的房間，推開窗戶就能看到聖母百花大教堂，距離SMN只要走路5分鐘，對於推行李的我們很方便！整個飯店很有味道，感覺很溫暖。乾淨舒適不在話下，早餐非常豐盛。

Quite nice
Very close to the train station and the bus station（Sita bus)！The breakfast is okay,and the room is quite clean.Within 5minutes,there are many restaurant and convenient to reach all the hot sightseeing spots!

this hotel has really nice location,is very near central, only 3 min can be central.good service,when we have some problem, the staff was very friendly help us , in the room the space is really big, we have 3 people and 4 luggage still a lot of space activities. everything is perfect and convenient.

Prima hotel op loop afstand van het treinstation en direct in het centrum met winkeltjes en restaurantjes. In 30 minuten loop je vanaf het hotel naar Ponte Vecchio en daarbij passeer je verschillende bezienswaardigheden. Prima service en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is uitgebreid! Enige minpuntje vond ik dat de douche in mijn kamer fluctueerde in kracht, zacht naar wat harder en weer terug naar zacht. Daarbij nam vaak ook de temperatuur wat af waardoor je die weer bij moest stellen.

Near to Firenze SMN Station. Lots of eateries outside the hotel, including McDonald's, Burger King, KFC. Long balcony with view of a dome, not sure whether it's the Duomo. Counter staff were professional and helpful. Room was clean and neat. Good room rates.

This hotel is located at a convenient location, very close to the train station. The property overall is older and needs more lighting inside the rooms. Very few towels are given and you have to return the room key to the front desk when you leave during the day and retrieve it when you return to the property.

Quiet street close to the train station and Central Market. Staff is great and very helpful. Extended our stay a day with no problem. Amazing breakfast with eggs, fruit, bacon, and pastries. Will definitely stay here again.

dark, very dirty mattress when we inspected under the sheets, bathroom sink drain was clogged, toilet flush buttons would fall off the wall, and just overall very unpleasant vibe in the room itself. all this for 170/night only positive is, the staff was very cordial and helpful
