"I ran into an issue were my card was charged twice for my stay, however the staff apologized and corrected it immediately. Also, I was given food vouchers to accommodate my family due to the mistake. Otherwise, the stay was great and I would come again."

Mar 24, 2019Hot tub was filthy and toilet as well it looked like It hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and even worse the sheets and blankets had blood and what looked like poop smeared on them. It was extremely disgusting. When I told the staff at front desk they
